Long ago Nandini was suffering from internal injury & Mauli was her doctor. There's a possibility that may be Mauli had overlooked something but Nandini didn't consult any doctor as she thought it was her punishment for ruining Mauli's life???

May be Kunal doesn't want it to reach Mauli because she would then blame herself for Nandini's death.

I doubt CVs have so much Dimaag 😆

I think this will be the last try of whitewashing nandini by CVs. But I am damn sure viewers will not fall for this😆
