From his POV, this is exactly what I expected him to say or perhaps someone like him to say. He would react and ask why he wasn't told. That's human instinct. He has a kid but he wasn't told about it. That I completely get and it's not even ridiculous what he's saying.

But yes it's just that whatever argument he has, Mauli has the most solid answers to give back. She never does anything without reason hence his arguments seem weaker.

What I didn't like is how he used words like needed to heal himself' - he was making it out like he did he a favour on mauli for coming back! As if he was the one who went through all that pain. He's a very selfish person - something we can equate with many real life human beings too.

actually kunal telling mauli he would have got over nandini if he had stayed with mauli looked tongue in cheek...if only Kunal gets candid to himself he will understand it was only nandini who asked him to go back to mauli and what he suggested was only co-parenting so if even he had stayed with mauli little longer his divine love towards nandini would have drawn him towards her again n nandini as we know breaks promises in a jiffy so ultimately what he would have suggested to mauli will be co-parenting only which mauli may not have liked unless nandini had agreed to stay as his mistress all her life n mauli a namesake wife so Kunal must understand why mauli preferred to lie about her pregnancy and just as how it was difficult for him to break up with nandini n come back it must not have been easy for mauli also to accept her cheater husband back so just as how he was pissed off at mauli for faking pregnancy and got back to nandini to marry her mauli also must have got peeded off at how he expected her pregnancy to be fake n so lied to him, it could be at the heat of moment also but what he did he did not verify it again though nandini said mauli would not lie and married nandini immediately leaving no chance to mauli to tell him truth in case she wanted to...but all this only if Kunal gets candid to himself but at the moment he just wants to point out to mauli she was wrong...so all that blame game of mauli's lie n justifying himself was baseless...
but yes as of now he can request mauli to let him support mishti as a father for which he has rights since she is his daughter so he may not like to see his daughter grow up fatherless...moreover he may be genuinely concerned since mauli is remarrying there is no guarantee ishaan will not eye on mishti in this era of rampant child sexual abuse cases everywhere or if not also ishaan's family may ignore mishti...so it's not wrong if Kunal gets his rights over mishti legally also...

I did not say ishaan will be perv but as a father Kunal may see from that perspective...I too don't want maunal to be together n want ishaan-mauli-mishty to be happy family..whatever I said is from Kunal perspective n how he can be justified on that...

He was still lost in Nandini. And if he was so concerned he should have taken Mauli to a doctor when he saw her falling. But rather he accused her. Use to har jagah Nandini dikh Rahi thi, to Mauli or baby ka Kahan dhyan rkhta. And he didn't came back bcoz he thought it was right thing to do, rather bcoz Nandini told him to do so.

No we aren't harsh on him at all because this guy has no regret or remorse.

The point is its hard to feel empathy or sympathy for him because he doesn't feel guilty for his past actions. Hence we keep blaming him for his past actions .

Regarding the pregnancy thing yes Kunal did return to Mauli but he treated her so horribly during that time. He was unhappy ok but the way he doubted her and the way he treated her then is unforgivable .It was clear he didn't want the child. So I am glad that Mauli didn't tell him about it.

Actually, this kind of thing happened in real life. a guy leaving his wife when his wife is pregnant with his child to marry another girl. Remember Britney Spears with her ex husband the backstage dancer. Who left his then pregnant wife to be with Britney Spears. But, despite their differences the father still have visitation rights under supervision. Why can't they be a bit modern and organic about it? This is the 21st century where coparenting is not something to be avoided about.

Well I would have understood his view, even felt he is right in his POV if his words aren't contradicting.
He is sulking about he wasn't given chance to heal, if I remember he was given time, Mauli hasn't jumped on him and started behaving like old time going jaana jaana etc:; she understood his state even though it's not her responsibility because he was the cheater still he was given. But he used that time to check for possibilities to go back to Nandini over trying to get healed. If he really wanted to get healed or wanted a second chance he would have sit with Mauli asked her about how it happened, how she be careful now, how she shouldn't take stress and would have cried alone for his kheer love but he only did the latter so on what basis anyone would have given chance to heal if the other person is making you feel he did ehsaan on her by coming back in reality it's Mauli who kept her self respect aside gave him second chance.

And another contradicting thing till yesterday he wasn't one bit guilty for choosing Nandini , for cheating Mauli but next moment he was saying he would have been over Nandini by time. So what he had Nandini wasn't strong enough to survive? Didn't he called their relationship the end game Mauli is just padaav something. Like he said "shayad" , agar Nandini zinda hothi tho yahi bholtha kya? I

I just want to say even Mauli has her bad days/decisions where we actually get her emotions it comes across as human nature but in Kunal's case it comes across as he is highly selfish, opportunistic who cares about himself and his tone always ready to blame Mauli don't make me feel anything for him

in kayamat they had said that when his wife stayed away from him due to some fight he fell in love.later when his wife returned as his mom warned he left his gf.but here kunal was living with mauli.but there too he went to his gf to take his last breath.there too his wife wasn't shown as his soulmate

Well, to be honest, he does have a point here.

But the problem is whenever we think about Mauli's humiliation it's impossible to feel sympathy for him. 🥱

There was a show called Kayamath on SP where the FL's father had an affair & decided to divorce his wife. But once he had taken his daughter in his lap & his mom warned him how his daughter would feel humiliation from everyone or him, he chose his marriage. He continued loving his GF but dedicated his life for his daughter.

Frankly, Dida had already blackmailed him. Nandini had pushed him away & all he wanted was to return. What could have happened after Mishti's birth is unpredictable.

So at this point when he is already a father & knows the value of a child - his yearning may be true.

And Mauli as an independent woman is absolutely justified in her stand.

But right now, as kids have been involved, I would rather want them to co-parent the girls & explain in a way where neither Mishti nor Pari would be hurt. Although I am doubtful about its possibility.

It's amazing how he was not at all depressed while breaking his marriage of 7 years with mauli but his few months true love was making him depressed so much so that he was not at all happy knowing about his child.
And all of this only applies to kunal? What about mauli? she was betrayed by both her husband and best friend. What about her mental condition?
Did kunal give her any time? No, he was dying to divorce her and get married to nandini.
Kunal doesn't deserve any sympathy. He left his entire family behind just to be with his so called true love, what difference a child would have made then. He is doing all mahanata drama because nandini is out of the picture now.
Kunal neither deserves mauli nor mishti. What mauli did was absolutely right. Period.
