Meera was married but she never had affair with Lord Krishna for u to bring in the EMA angle here😆 she was a devotee who had immense faith and devotion in him and he is considered god...and if u call dat as an affair to justify this show's concept...then i have nothing to say😆

They didn't engage in an affair. Krishna never returned once he left Vrindavan and Radha behind. There were feelings but they were not physical. Radha was still a dedicated wife and worshiped Krishna like her Lord. Radha is worshipped till date because she set what true love is-sacrifice. She is worshiped for having loved Krishna and not asking him to reciprocate it in return. She was a jogan in her own sense. One can hardly reach Radha's level of love. Besides, Krishna never really loved anyone. He was in everything and yet in nothing. That's why he is called Yograj. Krishna's wife knew of Radha because Krishna himself mentioned Radha in front of them and how she is his only true devotee and had loved her.

Neither is Kunal's love that of Krishna, nor is Nandini of Radha.

this meera krishna concept is influence people later for devdasi or krishnadasi ritual in a wrong way if I m not wrong...anyway it's not related to this show just said bcs of this discussion

Is it? I dont have an idea about this...but i think the devadasi system was more of a blind superstitious thing people followed and the victim was never given a choice if she wanted to be a part of it or not...but meera's devotion and life was mostly her choice..no one forced her to to become jogan of anyone...but yeap it is very much possible that people wud use it to jstify devdasi system...

Those shows dealt with maturity, it's not the concept but the execution that's the problem.. Those shows didn't glorify ema as God's gift or pure true love 😆 Ema is a real and sensitive issue and should he dealt with maturity and should be shown like how it happens in real life ..

Here Kunal and nandini are behaving like hormonal teenagers and yet it's termed as God's gift and true love 😆 oh yes their love is whiter than white 😆

Ema is wrong and just cos ppl say that they r regressive 😆 so supporting cheating is called progressive thinking?? If so than I am happy I am not so progressive 😆

Ah ! Another level of discussion . Radha had an "ema" with Krishna🤣 meera bhi. Subhadra had ema with arjun ? Arjun had many other wives than draupadi and subhadra..he had an ema with all his wives perhaps. Krishna had 16008 wives and kunal just 1 and 1 lover and look how everyone is complaining . I agree with the tm. Regressive lot of people ! Kuch bhi for the sake of argument.

Ps hasratein , savi married a tutor under pressure from her parents .. .he was not financially well off while she was ambitious. She had a kid or kids I don't remember but he was not the man of her dreams . When she met kt, they were attracted to each other and indulged in an ema. Kt's wife got to know when it was too late . What reason does kunal has and nandini? please show me one person who supported savi and kt? Like 20 years back a serial was aired(they have and will air on these issues) , 30 -40 years back there was a movie also called arth which was hugely successful ..one can differentiate between the treatment , then and now ..That's awesome storytelling ..

Exactly even then these characters were called wrong. There was no social media to show that. Today it is and people will voice their opinion on the characters. Isn't that what makers want too, a discussion that proves how many people watch that show. EMA will always be there and it will always be frowned upon.
