Is Mauli right in making decisions for Kunal? - Page 8

I do agree on the notion of Mauli mothering Kunal, I find that as frustrating as Kunals growing indifference towards Mauli. I seriously love Mauli but she needs to leave him to be at times and then only would he realise her importance. Plus as a girl I hate the idea of the marriage they share, at times in comes across as one sided: Mauli doing everything. For me partners are equal; so if she does the washing then he does the laundry. Unfortunately this mothering is now spreading to Nandini too where Mauli just has to force Kunal to babysit Nandini, at times I want to shake her and tell her to chill like seriously if she leaves them for a while, they ain't going to get lost. Actually in Nandini instance it'd be a favour, at least that way she can be independent

However I don't see it as a flaw, Mauli has way to much care to give. As for initiating Kunals dream then I see only her love. His dream is now her dream, doesn't that come normal in married couples, well at least I'd hope so.

The removal of the implant, then I agree it is a joint decision however it is her body and she now feels ready to be a mother and hence by undergoing surgery (though that ain't no surgery lol) she's telling her husband she's ready for the next step, of course seeing her character so far I'd assume she'll tell him and plan a family accordingly as they mentioned in a previous episode

So in hindsight though frustrating but I don't see a flaw in her, her only flaw is that she loves him too much and to be frank he isn't worth that love

Mauli is actually worse than Rajdeep it aeems
She is a control freek, who contorls him with gifts
She is a "women handled " him by not cooking for him
She doesn't understand a woman must entertain hubby first , even if she is a doc , pilot or CEO
EMA will be officially considered as EMA when people end up on the bed
For me having thought of person other than life patner , and continuously staring , hugging all are EMA
But it was not so !
Mauli is a horrible , terrible lady and poor Kunal suffering and crushing under her power ...
Longing fot wife , life , love & food .. That is Kunal
Actually it was fun to read that Mauli and Rajdeep are same it seems

Yeah mauli is not perfect and she has her own flaws like all other character but at least it is relatable. I don't dismiss any of her flaws because flaws do make character beautiful. Flawless does not exist but justifying kunal and Nandini's feeling of affair because of mauli's flaws is not done. In a marriage it is very necessary that both husband and wife accept each other's flaws, kunal has his own flaws. Has not mauli accepted it?. Anyway I don't even care about kunal and Nandini, I just hope mauli comes out of the whole thing with head held high and starts a new life. That's the day I will stop watching the show. The day mauli gets her happy ending, I'm done with the show.

I maybe wrong but I guess Kunal's ultimate aim behind the clinic is to service the sick. If that is his true aim then he may not necessarily find his wife or someone helping him achieving this aim to be a big deal. For some people, the end goal or the greater good is what matters... how they or others around them have had a hand in it may not be a big deal. Sometimes, taking others help would just be a practical way for achieving that greater good. But if Kunal feels that this is something he wants to do completely on his own, then that is not wrong either. But in that case, he needs to communicate this to his wife. I don't see Mauli wrong here because somewhere she sees the end goal too and she belongs in the same profession and hence, understands and can help towards this goal. Now, she would be wrong if Kunal particularly asks her to back off and she doesn't.

About the birth control... she isn't wrong to want to remove the birth control; after all, it is her body and she isn't obligated to inform Kunal about this before doing so. And removing of birth control doesn't automatically result in a child, so it's fine to want to keep it as a surprise. BUT, she should definitely be informing Kunal after the procedure or atleast before they get physically intimate. Kunal deserves to know that there can be a possibility of pregnancy when they get intimate so that he can have a say in whether he wants to have a child or not. Of course, Mauli would be wrong if she hides it completely and decides to spring a pregnancy as a surprise.

If this demonstrates something it shows that Mauli treats Kunal like a part of her property. There is a fine line that distinguishes between Rajdeep and Mauli which means that both sees their partners as part of their property.

The difference between Rajdeep and Mauli that she loves her husband and care for him but she forgetting that marriage does not only build with trust and respect but also its builds by understanding your partners and allow them to take full control in their personal matter where Mauli seem not to fully understand it.😆

Mauli is a control freak who married a passive person who never had a firm decision and impressionable so Mauli never had a problem with Kunal but now the table turned around which means Kunal personality will change due to his current situation.
