It's 21st century... I'm glad I'm belong to this era and those past days gone when women used to be sex object , punching bag , child producing machine only . But those days actually gone !!!!!!

Personal Experience
----------------------------------

A girl went to village. And saw people are praising a man highly , he is very reputed man . But Why , because he finished study aboard . But then she learned something. He beats his wife at regular basic . Reason ...

" he is rich , educated . He knows so many thing may be this is legal , this is in books " 70years old woman

" common he is a man , he stay outside , kaam pe rehta hai ; toh saar garam toh hoga hi... haath uth jaata hai kabhi kabhi" 40years old woman

" he gives her food , cloths blah blah so what he hits her behind four walls " 26 years old woman

University student
------------------------------

She studying in most famous university in her city . Brilliant student undoubtedly a bright future waiting for her . But her parents forced her to marry . Of course she tried best to say no ...

After marriage her husband forced her to stop study her parents didn't object too . Life is not a bed of roses . She keep following these words n tried to make thing work . Finally she got pregnant. But another problem, it's girl ...so start less care, less priority..result she died while giving birth and they didn't try to take her hospital .

another incident can't help but mention it , Facebook biggest mideum to show your perfect world only the people knows what the real truth . her last status before dying " I want you forever with me ( husband ) "

People showing sympathy to her husband only her friends know the truth. He is well known professor. Habit of flirting with students n everyone. She still loved him wants his attention yup fool may be. She kept saying her friends how will I live without him . Her perfect hubby keep posing as perfect family on FB. But this mental torture she couldn't endure much and died at the age of 25 .

------------------------------

yes I'm selfish but I'm glad I didn't face any of this . But those still here . The martial rape , physical abuse mental abuse all are here , we are lucky not to face it . We are lucky we don't see Rajdeep Nandini often but no they very much exist it perfect shallow society. Want to thanks ph n channel to showcasing these to us . Brave lead, bindass girl , super woman dealing with baddy , its common we know it, we seeing it always, glad channel giving light to those sensitive issue which people don't want to face but which still here .

Do I support it nope ... one can't support inhuman thing . But yes showing shallowness of society, showing behind the scenes of perfect society is needed . Kudos to maker for choosing this subject to show how our society still not perfect even though we are belong to 21st century. Thanks to channel for taking this issue and not go to usual story , characters ( nothing new ) OTT flavours of love .

It's just thank you post for channel . Ignore my English I'm just emotional after reading FBpost .

very well explain emotional post Sabi..yes we are lucky we doesn't belong to a society where woman treated like an object but even in 21st century this things exist.
it's just people choose to wear a cover so that everything look great from outside same as Rajdeep but if we observe there are still many nandini's around us who may be tried to speak for long but lack of support end up getting used to everything..Every human born with some basic nature..All are not very vocal about their feelings...they hide most of their emotions within themself..if this people are victim of this kind of abuse they really don't open up very easily and if there is no emotional support they lose their little bit of self confident too..This things are not something to take lightly..I m happy makers choose to show as that dark side of our society too which still now is very much present in our society...

There was an episode on Dowry in Satyamev Jayte by Aamir Khan, there was this girl who belonged to a rich family, she was married to a man in USA, her father gave her everything in dowry from car to tickets to USA and the apartment in USA, her husband was extremely abusive so much so that she would go without eating for days, one day he locked her in the apartment without food and came back to India...she called women cell and they rescued her...

There was a whole episode dedicated to domestic violence as well, domestic violence is normal in rural section of India but urban area is not devoid of such chauvinistic so called men of society who get pumped up with sense of masculinity by beating women... the question is not the existence of such monster, but how to deal with them...

Sometimes these men are so powerful that if you raise your voice against them, you'll be dead or scorned by people you thought would support you as you are standing for the truth... For example - There are many cases of actors beating their girlfriends but at the end of the day they are loved by masses and their girlfriends and wives drop the charges because he's an extremely powerful man... You can file a complaint against them but it's not difficult for them to get bail and producers will stop working with you in turn ruining your life, your career for saying no to physical violence...

Sometimes women are so blind in love that they idolize these men, for them their husband can't do no wrong, if he's beating them then they feel it's for their own good, I have witnessed a woman saying that her husband beats her because he's in love with her..."Ye unka pyar hai"... I don't understand this mentality..

Sometimes and in Nandini's case, she has to stay with her husband and withstand his abuses because she has nowhere else to go, financially she is not independent and she doesn't even have family... In last night's scene, you'd think that Nandini, who's enduring so much pain will be happy to have a way out by divorce but mere thought of divorce terrified her into ending life of her baby because she doesn't have anywhere else to go...

Somehow Nandini's case is not as difficult as those ladies who are in love with their tormentors because she knows that what's happening with her is wrong, she has understanding that marrying Rajveer was a mistake, so there's no difficulty of detachment, if Rajveer files for divorce, Nandini will get alimony and if he doesn't she should get him arrested for domestic violence, these laws are mostly in favor of women and there are various NGOs to help women financially, Nandini is a good cook, she can start her catering business or a restaurant or work in a restaurant so she can secure herself financially...

Its good that CVs have taken the sensitive subject and they should show Nandini as an independent strong woman, I don't want her to be dependent upon Mauli or Kunal, she can stay with them for story to progress but first step against Rajveer should come from Nandini herself

yes kudos to CVS for it ... and trust me they will show nandini as brave as independent as ever ...its just the start of the show after all
years torture turned her mute more scared more depended ...she just need someone who can tell her you gonna be alright , you are good ( as raj keep taunting her ) she doesn't trust herself , she just need a little push just like she gave mouli during their golden days
this girl has everything just need few words then she will fly high
want her independent all alone but again it's show , they want drama so may be out wish won't fulfill
at the end want nandini to lead life like you me us

Again you are all alone for years with beautiful outfit...( gabar) I think when someone keep telling us ' you are nothing ' we start believing it and sadly Nandini believes it
She believes she can't do anything without so called husband support.. because of years torture I guess her rational brain too stop working and it's logical too
this girl doesn't even know how to go to home ( as first episode) how can we expect her to think those way ..
as you said rich people get away with those charges easily I'm sure raj will too so again she has no hope ( she knows it I guess )
and most idiotic sentiment of us .. people will change , this will work she believes those too...
for me yes she is most toughest situation like many in our society
