Maninders place

One of the maid in the kitchen was preparing sweets for gods offering. A lady was heading to the kitchen while adjusting her saree. Her hair was left down with a small bindi that matched her saree along with matching jewellery, even though she was the mother of two daughters she still maintained herself very well. The maid looked up to see who was standing in front of her

Imli: good morning nimmi madam

Nimmi: morning imli is the prashad(offering) ready?

Imli: ji madam ji just give me two minutes... I will place it in a plate for u

After a while Nimmi came from the kitchen holding the plate that had gods offering and went to the temple area that had a big mata rani idol she place the plate on the side and sat down and started preparing the diyas (oil lamp).. after few minutes bebe came and started helping her make the diya

Nimmi: good morning bebe

Bebe: morning nimmi. Has Maninder woken up?

Nimmi: not yet bebe but once I get the diya ready I will go and wake him and surbhi up for the Aarti

Bebe; when is soumya coming back from her trip

Nimmi: im not sure bebe although its been a week since she and kalsi have gone on a holiday...but I didn't ask her as this is her first holiday after she has completed her studies. So I thought let her enjoy but I think she called Maninder yesterday. I will ask him if she told him anything

Bebe: hmm I hope she comes back soon so me, soumya and surbhi could have our late night ice cream treat. Nimmi laughed slightly

Nimmi: don't worry bebe she will be back soon.

Bebe: ok you go and wake surbhi and Maninder up. While I will go and help imli with the breakfast

Nimmi reached to the her bedroom to see her husband sleeping she went near him and started tapping on his shoulder

Nimmi: Maninder...maninder... wake up maninder

Maninder: 5 minutes nimmi he said turning the other way

Nimmi: fine sleep for 5 minutes but if u get late for your meeting then don't say I didn't wake u up

Maninder woke up hearing the word meeting

Maninder: thanks for reminding me nimmi he said getting up and straight away went to have a shower. Nimmi sorted out her bed before going to wake surbhi up.

Nimmi: surbhi come on wake up beta... its nearly time for the Aarti... surbhi got up hearing nimmi voice and sat on the bed rubbing her eyes and stretched her arms

Surbhi good morning mummzie she said hugging her

Nimmi: good morning now come on get ready.

Surbhi: cool I will be down soon

Nimmi came down and went to the kitchen to see bebe and imli getting the morning breakfast ready.

Bebe: did they both wake up beta

Nimmi: ji bebe by the time we start the morning Aarti they will be down

Around 8 nimmi and bebe were at the temple. Nimmi was lighting up the diya while bebe was standing behind her. Once she did that she picked up the aarti plate and started singing the Aarti song... Till then Maninder came down followed by surbhi and both headed towards the temple area... once the aarti was done everyone took prashad (offering) and went to the dining table to have breakfast and then get ready for their busy day

Nimmi was serving aloo paratha (potato stuffed chapatti) to Maninder and bebe while she gave surbhi toast and omelette and sat down. While pouring some juice in the glass she turned towards Maninder

Nimmi: Maninder?

Maninder: hmm

Nimmi: soumya called yesterday right?

Maninder: yh she did y wt happened

Nimmi: nothing I was just wondering when she will be coming back... surbhi laughed slightly.

Maninder: come on nimmi its only been a week since she has gone let her enjoy besides she is with kalsi so there is nothing to worry about.

Nimmi: I know that Maninder but I just wanted to know if she mentioned about when she will be back

Maninder: as for now she hasn't said anything and neither did I ask her. But all I know is that she is having fun.

Nimmi: as long as she is enjoying I don't mind .. by they way me, preeto and jugni will be going to some charity event

Maninder: hmmm make sure u take whatever u need... Surbhi beta I will drop u to college on the way

Surbhi: ok papa... all continued to have their breakfast.

Meanwhile in another country it was about 3am midnight... a guy was sitting on a bean bag working on his laptop... The light was dimmed so it was kind of hard to figure out his expression. He took a sip of his whisky and started typing again when all of a sudden someone walked into his room and closed the window as it was quite windy outside.

Guy: bro its 3am in the morning get some damn sleep. He said turning on the lights to see his brother not paying attention to him as he was busy on his laptop. The guy got annoyed and moved forward and took the laptop off the guy and placed it on the table. He turned back to his brother who was looking at him angrily

Guy: HARMAN don't give me that look.

Harman: I could have finished that work of besides I didn't tell u to stay awake with me rithvik.

Rithvik: its not the end of the world u have some time before that project need to be handed in.

Harman: I don't like to keep things unfinished now give me the laptop he said coldly...rithvik didn't move. Harman rolled his eyes and was about to take his laptop back but stopped when rithvik spoke

Rithvik: if u love badi maa (preeto) then u will get some proper sleep and continue ur work tomorrow... If you don't do wt I say then I will complaint to bade papa and badi maa. Then u can deal with them he said giving a cheeky smile.

Harman: don't think u won this time. he saved his work and closed he laptop... rithvik got happy while Harman looked at him coldly.

Rithvik: thank u my devil brother he said jokingly and gave him a hug and when he moved away he saw a small smile on Harman face which was rare

Harman: good night. Now get lost

Rithvik: good night... rithvik knew that he didn't have to check on Harman again as he would sleep now. He went to his room and slept.

Few hours later in the same country. It was about 7 am and a girl was jogging on the payments of London road. She had headphones in her ears and was enjoying the beautiful music while jogging around 7:30am she reached back to her hotel room to see her friend still sleeping

Girl: oye kalsi wake up.. but since kalsi didn't move she got an idea. She took out her phone and dialled kalsi number. And then answered it.

Girl: hi jugni aunty how r u?... ji im fine? yes we r going to London eye... kalsi? ... no I cant give the phone to kalsi as she is sl... Before she could speak kalsi got up and snatched the phone

Kalsi: maa I was having a shower. How r u? when she didn't get any answer she looked at soumya who was trying to control herself from laughing... kalsi looked at phone to see whose name was showing on her screen. She placed her hands on her hips while looking at the girl.

Kalsi: souyma ki bachi u pretended that maa called... did u know how scared I got. She said getting ready to run after souyma who already moved away... both were running around their room that was quite big. They went to living area and both dropped down on the couch laughing

Souyma: sorry baby I couldn't help it but this was the only way to wake u up... Kalsi hit souyma lightly on the shoulder

Kalsi: u have become very naughty. Chal I will go and freshen up

Soumya: ok I will order breakfast till then.

Kalsi: how about we have breakfast at a caf

Soumya: I don't mind as long as I get food. Kalsi nodded and went to get ready while souyma decided to call home.

In india it was around 12:30 in the afternoon... nimmi was getting things ready to take some things with her to the charity event that she will be attending with jugni and preeto. She was making sure that all the items were ready when she received a call from her mobile. When she saw the caller id it showed souyma number

Nimmi: somu beta how r u

Souyma: im good mama wt about u?

Nimmi: all gd did u eat?

Souyma: not yet I just came back from my morning jog and me and kalsi decided to go and have breakfast at some caf

Nimmi: ok but make sure u guys eat and take care of yourself properly

Souyma: don't worry mama will do by the way im sorry I couldn't speak to u yesterday when I called papa

Nimmi: its ok

Souyma: by the way where is everyone.

Nimmi: well ur dad has gone to office... surbhi is at college and bebe has gone to temple and I am getting ready to a charity event

Souyma: ohhh everyone is busy today.

Nimmi: hmm by the way bebe is missing u a lot especially ur late night ice cream party she said laughing while souyma had a big smile on her face

Souyma: awww tell dadi that I will be back soon. Ok mama I have to go and get ready as kalsi is out now.

Nimmi: ok bye

Nimmi cut the call and told the driver and imli to put everything in the car while she went to see if jugni is ready. She was about to knock the door when jugni came outside all ready

Jugni: arien nimmi u came

Nimmi: haan I came to see if ur ready

Jugni: le of course I will be ready after all we wouldn't want to be late right?

Nimmi: rig... Before she could speak jugni spoke again

Jugni: come lets go... we have to go and pick up preeto too right.

Nimmi: yeh she said she is ready

Jugni: lets go then... and both walked to the car.

Meanwhile at preeto house. preeto and shanno were folding the washed clothes.

Preeto: shanno y don't u come with us to this charity event and also u will get along with jugni and nimmi since u met them few times

Shanno: jiji wt would I do at the charity event I haven't been there that much

Preeto: just come it will be fun and also we all could go for some shopping after

Shanno: ok ok im coming

Preeto: good

Preeto: by the way have our sons called yet

Shanno: as usual no. but where is raavi

Preeto: she has gone out with her friend.

Shanno: jiji this house feels so incomplete when our kids are not about ... don't u think so?

Preeto: hmm but when our sons come back I will make sure they don't go away for so long..

After 40 mins nimmi and jugni reached outside preetos house. they got out of the car and went in.

Shanno was placing the fruit tray on the table when she saw nimmi and jugni and invited them in and made them sit down and told the servant to bring water for them

Nimmi: how r u shanno

Shanno: im fine nimmi jiji how r u and wt about u jugni jiji... nimmi was about to answer first but as usual jugni spoke

Jugni: oh ji we r fine shine what will happen to us. But how r u?

Shanno: im fin... jugni inturpted

Jugni: by the way where is preeto.

Shanno: she is upstairs I will just go and call her... Shanno was about to go and call preeto when jugni stopped her

Jugni: shanno ji u don't worry I will call her... nimmi smiled as she knew how jugni will call her and silently laughed

Nimmi: shanno just see how she calls preeto she said quietly that only shanno could hear

Jugni: OYE PREETO I THOUGHT U WERE READY. WE R HERE COME DOWN NOW SO WE ALL COULD LEAVE FOR THE CHARTIY EVENT

Shanno and nimmi laughed silently

Preeto came running down

Preeto: kya jugni... do u know how loudly u spoke im sure even the neighbours could hear u

Jugni: I am jugni and this is jugni style. All looked at each other and laughed

Preeto: lets go shanno has everything been put in the car

Shanno: yes jiji

Preeto: nimmi, jugni even shanno will be coming with us... finally I managed to convince this fool to come with us

Nimmi: u did the right thing preto and shanno im sure u will enjoy with us

Preeto: by the way is everyone free after the charity event

Nimmi: haan y?

Preeto: so we could go and do some shopping I mean even we have to right to spend our husbands money right.

Jugni: today is going to be the best day i cant wait for shopping but lets leave from here and go to the charity event... all the left the mansion and went to the car jugni sat at the front while preeto, nimmi and shanno sat at the back

Meanwhile in London it was around 8:20am kalsi and soumya were at the caf enjoying the awesome breakfast once they were done they paid the bill and headed out. soumya was taking a sip of her cold coffee

Soumya: kalsi check the train time so we could catch the bus from here

Kalsi: coolies. Soumya we will get of at parliament square station so it will take us about 10 mins to reach to London eye. But the train is coming in 25mins and the station from here is 10 mins away so do u want to walk it or get the bus

Soumya: wt do u want to do

Kalsi: walk it that will kill at least 10mins of our time

Soumya: ok lets go.

Meanwhile at Harman place... both the boys were at the dining table sitting opposite each other... Rithvik was busy eating his omelette, and toast. While Harman was busy reading the newspaper while having his French toast and black coffee

Harman: rithvik did u confirm what the time the meeting is

Rithvik: yes they called me and said the meeting is around 9:30am near big ben but he will lets us know the exact location... we have two hours left and it only takes us about 30 mins to get there.

Harman: hmm but we will leave a little early I don't want to take a risk because of the traffic, he said coldly

Rithvik: don't worry bro. by the way I have the files ready for the meeting but just check it before we leave. Harman looked at rithvik

Harman: u sorted out the files right?

Rithvik: I did but I just want u to check. He said sipping his juice

Harman: if u have checked it then that's fine. I know there wont be any faults

Rithvik: haan but bro just check It so I can relax knowing that u have gone though it

Harman: I trust u with my eyes closed rithvik and u know that ...if u have checked it and know everything is ok then that's final.

Rithvik: but

Harman: do u have any doubts and think u must have done something wrong... rithvik look at his plate for a second and then at harman... He looked at him for few seconds and gave a smile

Rithvik: nope because I made sure that everything is according to what u said.

Harman: end of discussion he said smiling slightly.

Around 9 the boys left in the car... Harman was driving while rithvik was talking to the client that they were going to meet.

Rithvik: dw mr sharma we will be there soon... ok we will meet u there.

Harman: wt did he say he said paying attention on the road

Rithvik: mr sharma said he will be waiting for us outside big ben and from there we will head to some restaurant for a meeting... Harman nodded

at London eye soumya and kalsi were enjoying the view at London eye. Though it was a long que it was worth it... both were busy looking outside and were also taking picture. It took about 30-40 mins for them in the London eye. When they came out they took another selfie together.

Kalsi: come lets walk around and see other things.

The girls were actually enjoying walking around the place and taking pictures of the view and also of themselves.

Kalsi: soumya lets go near big ben and take pictures.

Soumya: awesome lets go.

Harman packed the car at a parking lot and he and rithvik got out and walked towards big ben. Both were wearing suits but they had 3 top button of their shirt open.

Rithvik was looking around while walking ...while Harman was busy checking some mails on his phone.

Soumya: kalsi lets go a little closer to big ben. Both carefully crossed the road and started taking funny selfies and sometimes kalsi took soumya picture while soumya took kalsi pictures... however souyma decided to get a bit naughty

Soumya: kalsi go this side and pose and lean a little back. Kalsi did as soumya said and posed while souyma took the picture. Kalsi went near soumya

Kalsi: show me the pic I want to see how it came out.

Soumya: see it after.

Kalsi: baby show me na I just want to see if it came out good.

Soumya: I said no na

Kalsi: somu give me the camera

Soumya: nooo.

Kalsi: somu pleaseee she said pleading.

Soumya: ok here she said laughing. Kalsi got happy but when she saw the picture she was shocked. There she was posing while a couple was behind her kissing and she was leaning a little back as if she was with them...

kalsi: this is not fair soumya.

Soumya: everything is fair baby... kalsi started tickling soumya and she was trying to move away telling her to stop.

Kalsi; this is ur punishment sweetheart first in the morning u pretended that maa called and now this. U r becoming naughty day by day... kalsi slightly pushed soumya who was still laughing but since she was not paying attention she bumped into rithvik who knocked his file. Soumya turned around and saw this

Soumya: im really sorry? I didn't see u coming

Rithvik: no its ok dw u don't need to be sorry

Harman: girls like u should be careful and watch where u r going. U could have pushed my brother on the road.

Soumya: excuse me?

Harman: not excused I had seen u girls playing around on the payment, if u want to do stuff like this then do it at ur place don't do it over here. There r people who have to get somewhere. If the paper in this file had got damaged then what? Ur sorry wont work miss whoever u r so next time watch what u r doing he said coldly. Come on rithvik lets go.

Soumya stood there with her mouth open.

Kalsi: sorry soumya because of me u lost ur balance

Souyma: wt a person... how rude can someone get it I said im sorry and I didn't do it on purpose still he is lecturing.

Kalsi: calm down

Soumya: how can I calm down the person I bumped into said its fine I don't need to be sorry but this person out of the blue started been rude to me. She said still staring at Harman walking away

Harman and rithvik walked further down and met mr sharma who took them to a nearby building and all three disappeared inside
