Maninder family character sketch intro
Maninder singh: he is lovely human being... always ready to help everyone... he started a small business of catering service and now he has succeeded in his life and became a big business man with many of his catering service running around the world... he thanks his family for the big support in his life.
Maninder intro
Maninder stayed in Punjab with his wife nimmi and his bebe he was educated enough that he understood English pretty well. He always wanted to achieve something in life and started a small business of catering service with the help of his wife and mother... for first few weeks he didn't get many orders but one day he got a big order and that kept continuing by gods grace. Since he was doing pretty well he shifted to Mumbai and that's when he got to know his wife was expecting their first baby... slowly... slowly he was succeeding in his catering business and in a year time nimmi gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and named her soumya... After 3 years they had another baby girl and name her surbhi. Maninder was very protective about his daughters and always treated them like princess... even though they have grown up now for him they r still his small babies
nimmi kaur singh:, a lovely mother sometimes becomes strict on her daughters... loves her family a lot and takes care of them and house very well. She feels blessed to have a husband like Maninder and a loving mother in law.
Though nimmi was born in Punjab and stayed there for so many years. Her parents always made sure that she gets to study like other girls...she has a very bubbly friend jugni ... she was nervous when she was getting married to Maninder but after found out he is a very nice person. When Maninder decided to open a catering service she decided that she will help him no matter what.. when they use to get their orders in Punjab she and her mother in law use to cook as they couldn't afford chief that time and even Maninder use to join them in cooking... but now her husband succeeded... though she has become modern but she has not lost her respect for her family and close ones would know that she is the same nimmi that was in Punjab
Bebe: mother of Maninder, mother in law of nimmi and grandmother of soumya and surbhi... though she looks strict she is a very calm and cool bebe who hides her granddaughter mischiefs from their parents and always supports them. She misses Punjab a lot but that doesn't mean she hates Mumbai... she loves staying there. But always gets excited when they go to Punjab for a holiday.
Beeji: she is the mother of nimmi... a very sweet person just like bebe... she lives in Punjab but whenever nimmi and her family go to Punjab she makes sure everything is perfect and ready for them and loves her granddaughters dearly
Soumya: a very beautiful girl... she makes many guys heart beat because of her natural beauty... but she never pays attention to them... soumya has recently finished her studies and soon will be helping out her dad in his business. She loves her family a lot but loves surbhi more and is a little protective about her. Wont tolerate anyone saying something bad about her family... is waiting for her dream man to come and hold her in his arms
Surbhi: a cool going girl just like shown in the show... cant stand if anyone says anything wrong about her family... currently studying in college... She loves spending time with her family and can do anything for them
Jugni: jugni is very bubbly... once she starts talking she wont stop and also wont lets anyone continue their sentence... She is very sweet with everyone and would want the best for everyone. she stays in Mumbai with her husband pragat singh who is an inspector and is nimmi neighbour... when nimmi was new in Mumbai jugni was the one who took her around for Mumbai darshan and then soon they started visiting charity events where they met preeto and all three became friends... and r still friends after son many years
Pragat singh: an honest police officer... has a daughter kalsi... a very lovely person treats soumya and surbhi just like his daughter and respects Maninder as his older brother. Finds his wife very talkative but loves his family a lot
Kalsi: she and soumya finished studying at college... when soumya, surbhi and kalis were small they always went out to play together... never hide things from each other. A very sweet girl.
Harakh Singh : a ver Cool, father and husband, brother. Loves his family a lot... Owns a toy factory... He is looking for a guy to get his daughter married since she has completed her studies... And is trying to knock some sense into his sons head as he is always cold towards others.
Harkak Singh father had started making toys but when Harakh Singh and veeran were young they started helping their dad in the factory and soon the factory started selling even more toys around the world...Harak married Preeto as his parents said she is a lovely Person and will have a happy life. But now he knows saying yes to Marry Preeto is the best decision he has made
Preeto:... She is very cool mother always jokes around with her kids. She is a loving wife and loves her kids a lot... Although she does get angry at them when they don't listen to her... She is waiting for her son and nephew to come back from london as he went for a business trip... She has only two wishes to get Raavi married to a nice family... And 2nd that her son lets other help... as he always keeps his emotion to himself and is always cold to people not close to him. She wants him to get married and settle in life... She is a very gd friend of nimmi. Though they don't meet often they talk on the phone.
Raavi: Raavi just completed her studies ...and hasn't decided what to do yet but for now she wants to enjoy life ... She is a Very lovely person and doesn't interfere in ppl life ( like shown in the show ) ...she studied in the same college as soumya butt both never spoke to each other as they were in diff class and have never met each other closely.
Harman. Is very punctual... Loves his family a lot but doesn't show it to them...many ppl think he is arrogant and doesn't have a heart...if someone messes with him then that's it in one snap he could destroy or make someone... He looks after his dads business but he also decided to buy a club with his own money and when that club was becoming famous he decided to open more around the world. He doesn't like talking help from anyone. His cousin rithivk is very close to him ... Rithvik is the only one who would say anything to harman and he wouldn't take it in the wrong way . its not like Harman is like this but fate made him cold hearted... something that changed his life.
Rithvik : rithvik is totally opposite from harman... If ppl see them together they might wonder how can a handsome devil and a sweet Angel be together. Though they r cousins they have a very special bond with each other its like both would understand one another in any situation that would arise. Rithvik is waiting for his dream girls and hopes to get her soon. He loves his parent's veeran and shanno a lot but also loves preeto and harak dearly.
Veeran singh: veeran is the younger brother of harak singh...both brothers worked hard to make their factory successful. He would be the one to calm harak singh down if he gets angry... shares a special bond with preeto.
Shanno: a lovely person... Though preeto is her sister-in-law both share a bond like sisters...she has always supported her family no matter what and loves them to bits... even like preeto she hopes that Harman settles down soon.
