And that the first lesson is for Dev. He turned down a job that he earned on merit. He did not think that the company should hire a deserving candidate for the job - he refused the job and forced them into selecting the second best. Instead if he had spoken to them of the situation and involved them in the decision making the outcome may have been different. Perhaps both candidates would have got a job that is suitable. Or, Nandan the second candidate would have been hired temporarily until he proved his worth.

In any event, Dev decided to take the decision himself without thinking that he too needs to support a wife and stop being a loader on his father and brother!! I am glad Payal is making him realize his immaturity!
