Part 11 -The Announcement
Preeto in her bed, lying down. She looks at the ring on her finger and remembers last night's romantic date she had with Rajbeer. She didn't disclose the fact to anyone that Rajbeer has proposed to her as she wanted to announce to everyone with Rajbeer.
Preeto got ready and came down where she found her family members sitting down having breakfast' she knew that Rajbeer would be here any moment with Dhruv, Simran and Ishmeet.
Preeto -Mujhe ap sab ko kuch batana hain
Beeji - Pehle naashta toh karle
Preeto - Naashta baad mein, mujhe aap ko ek khush kabri deni hain
Beeji -Toh bhol na puthar ' kya baat hain '
Preeto - Ap Meeta di aur Pankaj ko bulao, Dhruv , Ishu aur Simran Rajbeer ke saath arey hain
Everyone looked at one another ' Beeji then went and phoned Meeta and Pankaj to hurry and come. They arrived in short time and soon after them Rajbeer , Dhruv , Ishu and Simran arrived. They took blessings from Beeji and Papaji and stood around. Rajbeer stood by Preeto '
Dhruv - Yaar Rajbeer ab toh bata de ' kya baat hain '
Everyone kind of knew in her head what the good news is by Rajbeer and Preeto standing next to each other and blushing. But no one spoke up . Rajbeer elbowed Preeto to start but she didn't know what to say '
Meeta - Arey Bolo naa , chup chup kyun kare ho
Preeto showed her left hand where the ring was worn '
Preeto - Rajbeer ne mujhe kaal Propose kiya
There were noises of joy made ' Simran, Pankaj and Dhruv came near Rajbeer patting him on his back ' and Meeta, Bani, Sonu and Simran hugging Preeto ' Beeji and Papaji smiled . Beeji came and touched Rajbeer's face
Beeji - Yeh toh bauth hi sona hogaya , mein aur master ji pehle se yeh hi chahte te
Bani - Oh wow Di ' I'm very happy , Ab party kare ge
Meeta - Party sharty baad mein , pehle yeh toh bata ke yeh kaab huya , kyunki kaal toh Rajbeer ki birthday party thi aur hum sab toh waha te
Preeto - Actually Party ke baad mein Rajbeer ko ek special gift diya
Simran - Oh hoh kya special gift diya
Rajbeer and Preeto smiled and looked at each other
Preeto - Woh mein dinner ka intazam kiya tha , aur phir Rajbeer ne waha mujhe Propose kiya tha
Ishu - Rajbeer tum toh sab kaam chupke chupke karte ho , humein nahi pata tha ke tum itne romantic ho '
Rajbeer smiled Beeji told everyone not to trouble Rajbeer
Beeji went to get snacks ' and then everyone had a long chat of what to do next , they decided to just get married as Rajbeer already proposed and then after marriage they would have a reception. Rajbeer sadly discussed about his parents to Beeji and Papaji how his mother ran away with someone else and his father is in America but he has no contact.
Beeji called Panjit do for tomorrow morning , and after everyone ate they left for their own homes.
Next morning Panjit ji came , Beeji handed kundli to him and he looked carefully to arrange a date ' Preeto was awake early and watching from the banister. The pandit gave a date for 10 days or then after 8 months ... 8 months was too late so they agreed for 10 days ' Preeto was happy ' Beeji let all the others know about the date.
All these days that were left for the wedding were very busy, all preparations were going on in the Dhillon house Rajbeer , Dhruv , Ishmeet and Simran went for Shaadi shopping , Rajbeer got a sherwani for himself and a sehra for his head ' After that they went to get Preeto wedding outfit ' Simran saw a gold and Maroon one but Rajbeer didn't agree saying that Preeto should look out of this world ' He looked around until his eyes came onto a red sparkly beaded lenga ' he imagined Preeto in it , she looked perfect. He asked the shop guy to pack it for him.
Rajbeer came the wedding outfit in ishmeet's hands to give to preeto. Ishmeet went and gave it to Preeto , she touched it and loved the outfit.
