Forgiveness should be given to those who are remorseful ji. Ishwar, as I understand, came back only after his new family, the one where he found true love and happiness, left him. So what value does this forgiveness have?
He is a MCP who thinks that because he is the oldest son of the family, he has the right over the house and family. You earn that right, you are not merely born with it. He should be forgiven b/c Ishwar thinks he deserves it? I think not. You cannot just expect your children to forgive and forget that their father left them. Alok was like a father to them, but there is difference b/w "like" and "is".
Ishwar's reasons for forgiveness are too selfish. He needs to be forgiven b/c he is lonely? Needs to cook for himself? Give me a break. There is no true remorse in him ji, and I would never truly forgive b/c I could never forget the years of hurt.
There is just too much baggage involved for a true forgiveness. But b/c this is a show, I think forgiveness will be an eventual factor. However, I do not want him in the house or near the family. Sometimes, some things cannot be forgiven b/c they can never be forgotten. I think to give or receive forgiveness you need to have the power to forget. When that hurt comes back up each time you yaad it na ji, then forgiveness is of no use. Forgiveness should give both sides the peace of mind/closure.
But Inder and Panna will not get that, and rightly so. The show has shown too much pain in regards to Ishwar, and going by that, forgiveness will be hard to give.
But that's just me...I'm very opinionated I guess ji. If it was me, I'd drag him out of the house and tell him ke jo karna hai kar lo...call the police whatever, but you and I will have no relation whatsoever. I do not understand the samaj mein izzat will get effected etc etc. Uss izzat ka kya jo khud ke self-respect ko maar de. As charity begins at home...why not respect...
