That makes their scenes together look very artificial and contrived. They need to portray closeness,

by sitting closer, using softer intimate tone of voice, touching each other more - I don't mean romantic scenes, they can be discussing Guman, Danny, kusum or whatever, just in a way two people who are really close to each other do, by entering into each other's personal space.
