When I watched the Saras kusum scene, even I thought he would move away and initially it did not sit with me well. But then I felt that may be since he thinks Kumud' s family as his own. Her dad as his dad like, his mom like her mom...on same lines, Kumud"s sister like his own SISTER, 😊that is why he did not react as he thought that family member was tending to his wound...or probably he was so engrossed I. His own thoughts about Kumud, that he did not care. I think the ease with which she came and sat down next to him only meant that he treats her as family, just coz she is Kumud"s sister.

Coming to SD scolding Pramad, I have a feeling that once she learns about Kumud"past she will be back to supporting him...

One thing I am not understanding is, if Pramad wants to know about Kumud's past, why not look in her closet...why look in NC ' s room. How is he so sure that there is a connection between NC and kumud. Why does he not try to talk to kusum about it? . Also how these super rich people don't have a decent closet with locks? Also why are Kumud and Sc so not careful with their belongings?

I guess Kalika has given Pramad what he yearned from a mother,father and a sister. After SD statement that she sent a little girl to be a support for Pramaad...seems like she has hidden pramaad's mistakes to hide her own guilt as she couldn't be there for Pramad when he needed her the most.

Two extreme forms of parenting here. A strict father who can make the child go wayward and an over soft mum who can make the child go wayward! And faayda uthaya kisne? kalika!

Tho I don't think Pramad is in love with Kalika. I think he just uses her bcos asides his sharaab he has no one else who 'understands' him. Kalika has manipulated him so much that he cares for nothing but her. This is why I fear that Shud the CVs want to change Pramad, there is potential because he hasn't fallen in love yet! So they cud take that route of how he falls in love with kumud.

But I have a feeling if Pramad does change it will only be a facade! So all's good!

Just read a thread about an article on SC and in the article is the story of SC the novel. I have read the brief sypnosis of the novel many times in many different websites but each time I read it, I realise how close the show is to the story.

- Everyone on Team Kumud (kumud, saras, kusum, MIL) complacent and patting themselves somewhat..
- Kusum is the well -intentioned but stupid bull in the china shop..
- Everyone on Team Pramad (Pramad, Kalika) intensifying their probing attacks to find a chink in Team Kumud's defenses and take them all down..

Way forward depends on the answer to one query...

- if the new PH has taken over production rights ..is it limited to tactical operations stuff only or also creative direction too?
- Does SLB still retain limited creative control...sort of like the Chairman of the Board of a company...where the CEO (new PH) manages the operations and has lots of operational freedom (story tracks) but takes overall direction (source) from the Chairman of the Board (SLB)?

- Meaning the new PH can play out the story he wants using SP inputs...but the overall broad direction of the story is still determined by SLB...

If not then we will see the utter destruction of everything...

PLUS add need for high TRPS

Then none of the frameworks will apply...There is no hope then...

I had mentally delinked the source right around the time kumud 'confessed' to pramad...I had spent a few depressed days going W*F...

Currently am blissfully unconcerned and getting postively surprised ...my expectations were reset too low... so the last epis I feel were a pull-back to original...

I watch only to see what happens to one of the best, real, 'With it' women characters I have ever had the pleasure of seeing on Hindi television...kumud...the class, chutzpah, fierceness, love, loyalty, sassiness, pride, morals, can-do etc. etc..

If that 'character' too goes for a toss and even walks towards becoming a simpering bahu...I am out of here...
Its like I was out of the door anyway last week...the show called back...I have half turned and hearing what it has to say...My mind is still set to leave...If it entices I will return...If not then back to my happy bubble of SLB...

Neways for my daily hindi tv show fix...I see the new Mahabharat promos and think that is going to be a different high-end / high calibre show...The visuals look fab...

I once knew like the back of my hand all the back-stories, names, links, relationships, who behaves why, etc. of ALL the characters - minor & major...If it is good...Would love to revist my history & mythology again... 😎

So SC has a replacement ...it is up to it to deliver...

why do u all feel widow kumud marrying saras will send the true love to gutters...see it from saras side it will be the victory of saras selfless love

@ Shana...aaj ke epi ka baad toh pakka gutter mein ponchega! yeah saras's love is selfless but I dont want to see that! I want to see Kumud pine for him also!
