To me Kumud is an unrealistic person, she continues lying to her family and blaming Saras for all their wrong doing. She knows she will be dead, is Saras is not around. Mon. again, she cannot save herself, hubby and her mangalsutra, without Saras.

challenges ,challenges,challenges... cultural challenges, gender challenges, age challenges, perception challenges ... like some one said tv history is dotted with long running serials that are not critically acclaimed but provide viewers with a star they want in their homes for a long time and with whom they feel really comfortable

Will contradict her attitude now if she quits her marriage thinki about it

Guman had warned Kumud many times about his peculiar behavior, however, Kumud always challenged her ( like now she has taken up this challenge to be with Pramad, even though Pramad does not want her as his wife). Kumud knew Saras weakness very well. She could have given some thought and tried to find out if anything was wrong with him via. Sunny or Danny, especially when she knew he was upset and had nothing to do with his Dad. Though, she loved him she was really not there for him through his crisis.

Why does she have tolerate all the crap if her sasural

Is because that's how the directors are following the show

They are trying to make a point

Indeed this show is an old story in which a girl in a village somehow makes it to the point where she gets educated and speaks and stands up

For what she believes is right!

She's still a village girl and still does have those tints of tolerating every crap of her sasural no matter what!

When will these VC family members hold themselves responsible for their current state and stop blaming others. Kumari had an affair and Saras paid for her wrong doing as well. Does Kumud even appreciate that?
