Saraswatichandra is not an idiot ,neither a coward nor a cheater.
no doubt he was hesitant to make relations in his life but Kumud broke that ice long time back...he fall madly and deeply in love...treated badima as his mom..cared for Kumari as his sister and respected everyone in the family as well as the villagers...
How can you judge a person when he is most disturbed emotionally.
today everyone is accusing Saras for cheating/leaving/abandoning Kumud but he is the same Saras who had the guts to come to Ratnagiri after saying no to marriage...he had the courage to take Yash,s mistake on himself and do paschatap...he a millionaire himself, sold pots to pay off Ila behen money rather than using his credit card..he jumped in pond to save a child...he stayed back so he can get back Kumud and her fathers relation back to normal...he saved Kumari from that jerk..and last but not the least he proposed Kumud in front of whole gathering so he can get her honour back which had gone with his refusal .
tell me honestly have you ever seen a guy who is so pure and simple at heart. now do me a favour...take off your shoes and wear his.

what would you have done if u had seen ur mother comitting suicide when you were just an innocent child...ignored and manipulated by ur step-mother..distanced by ur father and after a brief encounter with LOVE and LIFE again thrown back in that misery pot and tagged as bhagora and taunted for being accepted in society just coz of the family name ...
i am sure sensitive ones will behave the same way ...even worst...
its just that he needs time to come out of all this...remember time is a great healer...i felt Kumud should have reacted more maturely after the conversation...he clearly stated that he is not vyas anymore not capable of making any relations which clearly depicts he had an argument with his dad...didnt badima and Kumud knew how things/relations worked in the past..dont u think a disturbed man needs sometime to cooldown and then problems talked about for solutions...
when Kumud can waste her few months on this man to introduce him to himself and love...then why cant she wait few days to let things and agony settle down ..Sunny did what she should have done... and why cant VC talk to LN about all this...marriages are not settled or called off on phones...they require explanation and discussions...
