Che is equivalent to "is"; same way that hindi speakers use Hai = Hai comes out to equal to the word "is"

like when you say

Kumad is nice = gujju trans = Kumad saari che (saari = nice) (Che= IS)
and in Hindi
if you say:
Today is Saturday = Aaj Shanivaar Hai (so Hai = IS)

'che' is a gujju version of 'hai'

Sincere request...If any one is teaching gujarati they need to make sure what they are writing is spelled correctly. Though I do appreciate the young ones making their great efforts...Good job..
there is no word in gujarati as CHE...It is CHHE = Is
Sau, Sou, is Saav and it means not very...It means Totally...Dobo= dumb
