Lets not make this such an issue. Its nothing like that. People make alot of fuss about how the dusky pays for being dusky and the white girl takes it all! ... So I guess RS is trying to show that this is not always the case!

He is free and surely does have the liberty to look at things from a different angle. This right is also a human right, and this is the way humanity always made that most dear progress.
When Galileo proposed that the earth revolved around the Sun, he was rebuked and punished to think againt the popular notion of the society at his time. My point is that we must allow people to think differently and bring their thoughts open in public. Those who want to share his thoughts can sit around and listen to it ... those who find it offensive or unacceptable can certainly leave with the same liberty RS has with his own way of thinking.

Lets not be in bondage anymore. Lets be free and honor others freedom aswell.

That were my concern going on! I believe a show watch by every member of family, kids get affect by all this. They start to think after watching thins kind of show, does the society makes diff. between While n Black. Yeah I agree 20 % people who do comparison children. You should give mess. something encourage people. I am really disappoint with this kind of show, a grand mother even supporting little girl in her thinking. Everyone has their own features. My mom has white face n my dad is brown, my mom family back ground from Spanish, and I got Spanish features and my bro got my dad features but we don't think abt. all that crap end of the day! Its abt. family n love not ur face color. you won't see this kind of issue in your house either way! This serial really should get banned.

I have seen some people talking about parul being dark and yet so successful and then and yes not to forget some even mentioned that her friends obliged her by not letting her down for her complexion and being accepted by them
wow
what a huge success she got when people have to oblige this girl by accpeting her overlooking her complexion
secondly I am sure no girl wants this kind of success where firstly u will be looked down upon for being dark and secondly she will be loathed by viewers because of her character ragini
I am sure that poor girls PARUL 's heart might have cried alott for playing negavtive role and depicting very wrong image of dark and dusky girls. But she had to do this because that was writers order and she out of mujboori cant leave the show
I read in one of her interviews that she is the son of her family, like an ideal son she is taking care of her family
I am sure no dusky model from a wealthy family will ever accpet a role out of mujjburi in which she has to depict wrong image of dusky and dark girls but poor parul had to accept this because she is main supporter of her family
FOR ME PARUL IS INDEED THE IDEAL DAUGHTER IN REAL LIFE,but she had to play the role of an irresponsible daughter onscreen because she was dark, audience wont see this parul who in actual is sacrificing for her family to support them by accepting a very demeaning role which completely ruin the dark girls image.
viewers dislike her and reckons her as an irresponsible daughter because of her onscreen image
Again is this what you call a success????????????????????????????????
Really hatts off to this girl and best part is she always keep smiling without any complaints but inside she is always crying, because of her complexion she had to play mean and selfish girl and in rift track she portrayed negative
During rift track people not only bashed ragini but parul too
I also read some people's comment bashing not only her but her fans also
one ssuch comment was-saari kaali ladkiyon ka gang kale mann ki kali ragini ko suport karta hai, kali parul ko kaun movie mein lega?
Now who wants this kind of success when viewrs will address u like this
and offfcourse one who is playing angel will always be loved by viewers first for her role and secondly for her beauty and one who is playing mean and selfish girls role will be loathed by society firstly for her meaness secondly for her complexion
viewers dont see thee dark truth behind this and the colour discrimination behind this
When shilpa shetty had to listen to some racist comment form jade goody whole indian stood in support of shilpa shetty
I want this time that viewers should look beyond the show and must realise that this show is indeed promoting colour discrimination in india
I WATCHED THE EPISODE IN WHICH A FEELOW SCHOOL MATE OF TAMANNA MOCKED AT HER THAT FAIRY ARE NOT BLACKS
INDEED THIS SHOW HAS PROVED THAT BECAUSE THE SHOW FIRST PROVED ONE FAIR SISTER TO BE ANGEL AND FAIRY AND DARK SISTER WAS PORTRAYED AS GREY CHARACTER
AND NOW WITH GENERATION LEAP AGAIN TAMANNA WILL DEFINATELY NOT BE PORTRAYED AS AN ANGEL,SHE WILL AGAIN BE PORTRAYED AS MEAN AND UNCARING SISTER NOT AS AN ANGEL BUT HER FAIR SISTER WILL BE PORTRAYED AS ANGEL
If being lotahed by society is what you call success thn i pray that god must not give this kind of success to anyone

SAATH PHERE was also directed by RS ji. That show had very strong point for dusky beauties. And I can say proudly that RS ji utilised each & every point. He proved a lot.
At that time SALONI was idol for lots of dusky beauties. 😃😳
But with BIDAAI my all hopes r shatterd with RS ji.
According to my POV.........
At each & every ponit peoples find a chance to criticise a dusky girl...And BIDAAi is provinding them open opportunity

completey agree with u,at each and every point people find a chance to criticse a dusky girl and bidaai is providing them open oppurtunity by portraying dark and dusky sister as mean, immature , and dumbos in compairison to their fair sisters

.
Bidaai has not addressed this issue well .Taking such a sensitive issue, it has to be shown well, or else there is lots of chances of misunderstanding possible, though not done with bad heart/intention.

dats exactly wat we ppl are discussing here..... he shouldn't have taken up such a sensitive issue at first place....... but he not only took this issue but totally worsened it to a major extent .......whether intentionally or not is a different thing ...........n watver he has shwn abt dark ppl in 3 years cannot be rectified in 3 episodes or so .......... he needs to apologize in media to everyone for misrepresenting dark/ dusky/ brown ppl .......... !!!
completey agree with you guys bidaai has worsened such a big social issue to a major extent by misrepesenting dark and dusky girls and its not that they have shown just some of dark/dusky women in his show as bad characters but indeed bidaai repeatedly showing all dusly and dark women as bad people, and the show definately hightlightts their dark colour and associates it with bad behaviour, not by words but but by their script and direction

ur sooooo true ,i always wondered what is this serial trying to show.they have always have shown dark people insecure or being discriminated .i myself have dusky skin .but that has not stopped me from having friends husband children family.im also a doctor and my complexion has never stopped any patients from coming to me or commenting about my looks .they have to stop potraying dusky people as insecure and jealouse.i know this discrimination still exist in many places and still many think fair is only lovely, but this serial has to send a strong message to those people who feel soo.and not the othe way.plzzzz cv's rectify enough is enough .it's like only dusky people in ur show has grey shade

I completely agree with this. This show hurted me alot. As I am also dusky and I felt if dusky people are portrayed this way on television than I should better commit suicide.I don't watch this show but sometimes my freinds who regularly watch this show do ask me wether I am too insecure about my complexion.

I hate this show to the core .This is not the the show for us.This show kills my confidence.

really ?? dats really cheap of them then ........ dont u worry dear ........ we all noe dat colour doesnt make one beautiful ....... being fair doesnt necessarily mean dat u're beautiful ........ varna aise toh west ki sari ladkiyon ko beautiful hone ka tag de diya gaya hota......... n yes DKP n RS is indeed at fault for spreading such a wrong msg ....... n making life more difficult for dusky girls by taking up such a sensitive issue n then not handling it properly ....... infact he has worsened the issue more i feel especially after hearing you ........ he will have apologize in media to everyone n also accept his mistake ...... this is the only solution i can think of !!!

girl if u r dusky u r in a league of your own n im sure u r one beutiful person n dont let any1 tell u any less n dont let anyfing kill your confidence because if next time any1 ask u if u r insecure say no luv n if u r from asia say well the british people get tans 2 look like my colour so if the origanal gorey want to have skin colour like me why would i wana change it n the way in indian television they never say a person is white they always say gori well times av changed gories dont generally want white skin colour so yr dusky colour in demand luvey.
thats why to do justice to the show in series 1 they show sadhna the white one as more empowering now it is tyme for tamanna the dusky one to be more empowering one to make it even that sometimes dusky people need help n sumtime fairer people need help .
peace soz if i have offended n stay strong

They have no creative idea, they keep repeating on showing the same again and again, they claim to show the dark girl as nice, but they always show her as an evil, they did with Ragini at the rift time, Chotti Maa, Kaushi, so I would not be surprised if they did it with Tammy as well.......
