Not over-confident Bani,just trusting her sister would help her out.As far not able to see how Sadhana is suffering,once again I say she wanted her husband out and she was unable to look beyond her pain.Cos of early pregnancy changes?May be!

It was after Sadi was asked to lie and may be after she went to meet Ranveer in the prison.

Bani...lol. Yes, she was over-confident as she told Sadhana that I know you can do anything for my happiness.

So what?If you don't trust your family members then whom would you trust?So Ragini blindly trusted her sister to help her husband out!That's a normal reaction at that time!

Bani ,Sometimes the ends justify the means.
If truth was so powerful why did the Prosecution have to rely on False testimony of Chander.
A right person fighting for the wrong cause doesn't make the cause right.

If they had bought in more false witnesses ,who knows Ranvir may have been sent in for life.What effect did Sadhna's testimony have on this case ,it bolstered Chander's lies and his motive.
this is a flawed world.You have to resort to wrong doings to achieve the right thing.

A lot of you guys want Ranvir out of the jail because it will help in ending Sadhna's suffering not because he shouldn't have been there in the first place.
If he was wrong he was wrong he should be in jail with or without the goon's testimony.Because he did hit him.
Its all a matter of intent and if he did the right thing in the first place then no one can give back the time he lost or his kid.
he is the biggest loser in this case not Sadhna .
Was justice done ..No
What would be the bigger wrong ..sending a righteous man to jail or lying under oath.

On another note, if this was another country by their laws Sadhna would be the one at fault,because she tried to entice the goon.Her fault ...being a woman.

But according to the people there ..yes.

I have said this before..truth has many versions .Our perception of truth is based on what we know not on what we don't know.

i think what we are forgeting is GREED........greed makes a person do many things. Parents and teachers instill many good values in us as we grow...actually in preparations to when we face the biggest enemy in our lives "GREED". However it is totally up to the person how to use what they have been taught. Greed is the biggest challenger to truth. Only strong individuals can stand up to greed and go the right way. Ragni has become greedy for a happy martial life, because she has never been loved the way she has been loved by Ranvir.... due to her color. It has made her greedy for love..but she has forgotten where she has came from and how much Sad has helped her in the past....Just like when the poor get rich...only some stay down to earth and never forget where they came from but some forget everything and get more greedy for money... .It is taking her down the wrong path. Although mamji has taught the same values to all three children............why has only one followed them? Its because of inner strenghth and faith in God.....I had said in another post by Omshanti that god resides in the truth..........if you don't have faith in God then you don't have faith in truth as well, making u vulnerble to the Devil...and lies.......viewers that are defending Ragni and have no objection to lieing (even after taking the oth of truth on the GITA)...have become Greedy......to watch RagVir.........and Ragni's happiness. (AND I AM NOT MAKING ANY ACCUSATIONS ON ANYONES CHARACTER SO PLEASE DON'T TAKE THIS PERSONALLY...SORRY IN ADVANCE IF I HURT ANYONE) that greed to watch Ragni happy has made them blind and therefore can not see the important reasons behind y it was very necessary that Sad said the truth........all i want to say is...that the truth always wins in the end.........and that is what will happen in Bidaai also. If Ragni's love for Sad is true they will solve their differences in no time........

gr8 topic omi ...agreed 2 wht all u wrote...the most imp thing which "mame" rags is 4getting...tht its her own father...who has choosen the path of truth...n sads jst being a cousin...is still following rags dads path....she shuld by elevated...by this jesture....but nah...she has totally blocked herself ...very sad tho mannn

Overconfidence.....
Ragini realized that Sadi cannot lie and said so herself, when Salekh took food for Ranvir and the inspector ate it. Aalekh came back and told Ragini that Ranvir ate it but Sadi could not lie and Ragini realized this.

Comparing lying in courtroom after taking an oath with the pari dress and assuming that Sadhana can do anything just for her happiness.

Sadhana did remind Ragini that how Mamaji told them never to lie but Ragini brushed away the thought and told Sadhana that she should save Ranveer as Ranveer did this to protect her.

It was so obvious to her when Sadhana fainted and Vasu was screaming at her that why did you take so much time in just saying a simple "NO".
