you are right my dear..however i think this track itself was completely avoidable..because its a useless track..secondly lets face facts here..raginis popularity wether in the forum or anywhere...was based on her sweet chirpy and friendly character which this track has had to sideline.she wasnt popular in the way sadhna was partly becuse of her pretty face....besides i feel this show is slowly going to be out!....i used to find choti ma a great plus in the show..as soon as she left i think the downfall started..and now this poor ragini being portrayed a villain.....

All she wanted was her husband out, and yes she would do anything. Just like ranvir nearly killed a goon for his babhi, his BABHI? How about a wife for her husband?so in comparison a lie isn't much. Things are so much more easier said than done, i'm just trying to be practical about the situation...let's put all that angelic things to the side, afterall we are only human. How about the belief of ' a lie to save a person, is indeed not a lie'? I undestand that they are trying to potray sadhna as a pure soul above everyone else, but come on now...

Coming to your example of Ranveer's anger and the goon...why Ranveer can be forgiven, because within sometime he came back to his senses. As an act of humanity, he himself took the good to the hospital and he himself told Sadhna that "its true that I had hit the good with a rod". He realised that he did that at the hit of the moment, but he should not have hit the goon...What the good did is his character, we cant expect the good to behave like a gentleman, he is bad...and Ranveer was right in beating the goon but not in hitting....

we are again trying to justify Ragini now in the pretext of a goon... what we expect from a person like Ragini and from a goon is totally different...Ragini has not met the expectation of being a human now, and also as a wife... a person needs to be a good human being first...I agree what she is doing now is because of her blind love for Ranveer, will Ranveer be happy knowing what all she did? And I doubt she will have the courage to speak out to Ranveer what all Vasu and she did to Sadhna for speaking truth, though she will leave no stone unturned to justify her behaviour to Sadhna...

First of all, I opened this post not to compare Sadhna and Ragini, not who is correct...

rather, if Ragini, as an elder sister, was right in advising Sadhna to speak lies? I was expecting an answer to this question....

Ragini was blinded by pain when Ranvir was arrested and it was supposed to be the best time of her life with a baby on the way that would complete them.So yes,she expected her sister to help him out.I don't think she really was giving that much attention to truth or lies at that time. All she thought was to have her husband back at any cost. And when she didn't she was disappointed and angry.I thought and still think its a natural reaction to that situation.People who lose their loved ones try any means to get them back. That is also natural.I don't think that makes them less moral. She never was an ideal character anyway and Bani you yourself say that she is an ave girl, may be that's how an ave girl would react.I can't say for myself cos I never faced those problems.Even Sadhana kept saying right that everything will be alright?WIth what confidence as she herself knew that she was not comfortable lying?

Ragini's actions were justifiable until the miscarriage point. After that, anything that came or still coming out of her mouth are more and more damning.

As for Ranvir, let's see if he does have it in him to become a best pati along with best devar and bhai.He has yet to prove that.If he is going to blame Ragini without being sympathetic(though her fault)then hopefully Ragini might continue this attitude and show him the door!

There seems to be a confusion. Sadhana never told Ragini that everything will be alright after she was asked to lie in the courtroom. It all happened within a day. She was asked to lie by DS in the morning...the same night she went to meet Mamaji and next morning was the final hearing. In between there was no such assurance scene ...just emotional blackmailing...confusion...more confusion etc.

Well Ragini trying to save her husband at any cost is not wrong. But she never bothered to notice how uncomfortable or nervous Sadhana was with this lying thing. She was overconfident that Sadhana can do anything for her happiness. Sadhana did even remind Ragini how Mamaji told them never to lie. It was so obvious after Sadhana fainted in the witness-box but Ragini kept her hopes high.

Ragini talking abt the dress and expecting Sadhana to help, was it after or before?I really have no idea.I remember that scene cos it was so glaringly defaming and degrading Ragini!
