The goon already mentioned the worst part.So there is no problem for Sadhana to say exactly as to what happened.Its just stating the fact.She can contradict the second goon by saying that all he told was a lie.Unless of course she is more worried for goon and his family and thinks that he didn't deserve it just for teasing!!

Lets just examine the facts. The goon is in Coma because of his head injuries. So someone did hit him in the head with something...rod in this case.
There were 4 people present at the scene. Goon1, Goon2 (who was hiding), Ranveer and Sadhana. So either Goon2, Sadhana or Ranveer hit Goon1 in the head. It can't be another person because Ranveer took Goon1 to the hospital immediately.
Goon2 has already given his statement saying Ranveer hit Goon1.
Now Sadhana can either blame Goon2 or herself.
If she says its Goon2 then its against her morals and ethics.
If she says it was her then Ranveer would not let her take the blame.

Its a loss-loss situation anyway. The defense lawyer should have acted smart.

I think RS should rename his show to "Nightmare Babul Ka - Bidaai". Seriously, Sadi can never be happy in this show. She gets blamed for everything no matter what.
