Rajvansh House:
Prakashchand asks for Sadhna to be sent along with Ragini to their house, but Sadhna is in two minds about it as she does not want to upset her Mamiji with her presence. She tries to excuse herself by saying that she cannot leave Aalekh alone but Ranvir chips in and jokes that she got him and Aalekh into the habit of staying alone in the house anyway so he will give company to Aalekh (he winks at Aalekh hinting that there is something up his sleeve). Aalekh catches that and persuades Sadhna to go but come back quickly as he would miss her. Inderjeet tells Prakaschand that he can take both the girls along with him and he has absolutely no issues with that. Praskashchand thanks him and asks him to inform this to Vasu too. Naveen and Avni are happy that Naveen is forgiven and can join the office again, they are excited that their plan to butter up Ragini has been fruitful. Avni , however, is unhappy that Vineet is also back in the office as that means Malti will start giving her attitude again. Naveen asks her to calm down and tells her that he will handle Vineet once his hold in the business strengthens.
Sharma House:
Ragini is welcomed by everyone , Kaushalya is very happy to see her daughter once again. Malti is also excited to meet her and inquires about the gifts she got for her 'mooh dikhaai'. But Nani and Kaushalya ask Malti to stop asking about unnecessary things and just share the happiness. Mamaji tells Kaushalya that it is not just Ragini who has come home today but Sadhna too. Mamiji is not very happy about it and makes it evident which wipes the smiles off Mamaji and Sadhna's faces. Sadhna informs everyone that due to Ragini, Vineet is rejoining the Rajvansh office; Malti is very happy on hearing that news and thanks Ragini a dozen times. Ragini gives the credit to Sadhna for helping her around the house in making the breakfast because of which she was given a gift to ask for anything she wants. Malti gives the foreign chocolate which she saved for herself to Vineet, for giving her that great news and explains him that he should stop worrying about other things, focus on his work, work hard and also try to demand a higher salary because it is they who need him. She thinks there is no reason for Vineet to worry this time as Naveen would not be around but Vineet tells her that he is not the only one who is rejoining but that Naveen is also joining along with him. He also tells her that it was Ragini who convinced everyone to let Naveen rejoin. Malti is upset at Ragini for being too nice and innocent and falling into Naveen-Avni's trap so easily. Meanwhile, Kaushalya is feeding Ragini with the sweet she made for her when Ragini asks her about Sadhna . Kaushalya (not too happy at the mention of Sadhna's name) only tells her that she is with Mamaji talking to him. Ragini excitedly narrates all the events from the time she went to Rajvansh house till the morning when she made breakfast for everyone. Kaushalya is only half happy and worry is still written over her face;Ragini asks her what is bothering her so much and she asks Ragini if she is really happy there . Ragini assures her that she is indeed very happy. Mamaji , Sadhna also join them and talk about the grand reception which is due, Malti hears about it and jumps in with excitement saying that she is going to dance during RagVir's reception like Ranvir did during Sadhna's reception .
Rajvansh House:
Ranvir is impatient and cannot wait to bring Ragini back to give her the surprise. He wants to bring her back as soon as possible and makes plans for it along with Aalekh but they are caught by Choti Maa.
Vasu overhears two servants discussing how RagVir look a mismatched pair and making derogatory comments about Ragini's color. She loses her cool and yells at them asking them to mind their own business. The incident upsets her and when Inderjeet tries to discuss the Reception plans with her she bursts out saying that inviting the whole world will only result in people insulting, criticizing her for choosing a dark skinned daughter-in-law for his handsome son. She mentions how Sheetal was right about the society pointing fingers at her for choosing someone like Ragini for Ranvir. Inderjeet is fumed at Vasu's behavior and exclaims that her ego always comes forth just as everything seems right with her. He questions whether her intentions were really sincere when she agreed for this marriage and whether or not, she was happy with it. Vasu says that she agreed for this marriage because she wants to see her sons happy and that nothing matters to her more than their happiness, at the same time, she also cannot tolerate the society poking fun at her and sabotaging her reputation. She demands that the Reception be canceled and Inderjeet asks her if canceling the party suddenly after inviting many people will protect her 'reputation'. He tries to explain her that doing something like this will in fact raise several questions in people's minds and that she is answerable to Sharma family and her own son Ranvir for canceling the reception plan all of a sudden. But Vasu seems adamant….
PRECAP: Vasu is informing someone on the phone that the reception has been canceled. Satyen and Ambika who hear Vasu talking on the phone are puzzled….
