The haldi continues. Naniji thanks Vasu. Ranvir sents a sweet text message to Ragini. The girls tease Ragini. Avni wants to put haldi on Ragini, but Malti intervenes and says she's the bhabi so she'll go first. The Rajvanch women are ready to leave. Choti Ma consoles Kaushi and tells her not to worry about anything as Vasu stood up against her best friend for Ragini.
Ragini gets out of the shower and she's smiling thinking about Ranvir's words. Kaushi comes there and tries to console Ragini and Ragini tells her that Kaushi is the one that needs consoling and she consoles Kaushi. Ragini tells Kaushi she doesn't care what anyone else says. She says whichever girl gets a husband like Ranvir won't want anything else.
Ranvir is talking to himself and saying that in a few days Ragini will be his. Sadhana walks in and hears all this. Sadhana tells Ranvir that she's sure that he will always take care of Ragini. She thanks Ranvir for what he did. Ranvir says he only stood by his love and says he should always thank Sadhana for staying by Aalekh. (Very cute scene between these two) Sadhana says that soon Ranvir will become Ragini's husband as only mehndi and sangeet are left. Ranvir says all these rasms, why can't they just go straight to the wedding? Sadhana explains that there are some practices that they have to do.
Kaushi paces around and remembers the insults Ragini has faced and asks herself why is she bechain.
Vasu is sitting in a rocking chair and thinking about Sheetal's words. And Vasu says yes i'm bechain because I know that whatever Sheetal has said is true.
Kaushi says if all this is true then why doesn't my heart understand that with time all this will go away or maybe it won't. She looks very worried.
Vasu says this will go away as whatever decision she has made can't be wrong. Then she wonders if she made a wrong decision by being emotional because of Aalekh or is she thinking wrong as Ranvir's happiness is important to her. She seems torn up between what is right and wrong.
Kaushi thinks that it would be right of her only to see her daughters happiness. She also seems torn up.
Vasu says she needs to listen to her heart. Ragini is the girl that gave her Ranvir and Aalekh back and this was very important for her. She wonders if this decision of hers makes her happy? Indrajit walks in and asks Vasu why is she sitting by herself and asks her if everything is alright. Vasu says no reason. Indrajit says if you don't want to tell me, it's okay and says whatever has happened at the Sharma house shouldn't have happened. Vasu says she knows.
Kaushi says that she knows if she thinks like everyone else, she'll be fine, but if her heart and mind think differently than what can she do? Mamaji comes and calls out to Kaushi who pretends to be asleep and thinks that she must be tired hence she fell asleep.
Satyen is telling Ambika that this wasn't a good thing that happened and that Ragini has dealt with a lot of pain already. Ambika says she felt bad too and that she didn't expect this from Sheetal. Satyen says Vasu should've been more strong in her responses to Sheetal. Ambika tells Satyen that Vasu did all she could. Satyen says no, it's pretty clear from what you said that Vasu did not do what she should've done properly. Satyen said you know why I'm saying this, remember the party where people called Aalekh crazy and made fun of him? In that party there were Vasu's friends and at that time Vasu went crazy in her anger. Indrajit comes and starts listening to their conversation. Satyen says she was like that because she loves Aalekh a lot. He says Vasu can't take it if anyone raises a finger at Aalekh's mental condition. He says that what she should've said for Ragini, she didn't. He asks Ambika why she didn't say anything to Vasu. Ambika asks if Vasu ever listens to her and she says don't you know what place I have in this house or the weight of my words? When the right times comes I will talk to Vasu about Sheetal, but that's all I can do.
Next day..
Ambika is looking over the decorations and Vasu is talking to a friend asking her if she got the wedding card and the lady tells her she's not coming to Ranvir's wedding because she heard about how Sheetal was insulted at the haldi and how Vasu didn't support her friend and the lady hangs up on Vasu. Vasu says who cares, she has more than one friend and calls another friend who gives her the excuse that she won't be in town that day. She calls another friend who tells her she's not coming to the wedding because Vasu so easily broke off a 20 year friendship and if she can do that then why would anyone want to be friends with her? Vasu angrily throws the phone. Ambika asks what happened and Vasu tells her that what she feared is what is happening and explains how all her friends refuse to come to the wedding and how she's become a joke for choosing Ragini and this is why she was against this wedding.
Preview: Satyen is yelling at Vasu saying in her entire life she never said that Ambika is her sister and that Ambika is her elder sister. Sadhana looks shocked and so does Kaushi.
