Okay so yesterday's scene where Dhairya tells Santoshi he thinks it is Sindoori whom he likes and that he thinks she will win the Naag Panchami challenge pissed me off. So here is an SS I made of what I want to happen. This is for you Symphony, since you mentioned how you wished a scene like my SS could happen. I took your points and included it in my story (Hope you don't mind?). Just wanted to give you credit for your contribution.
Dhairya says "Don't feel bad Santoshi, but I think it is Sindoori whom I like." "I also feel like she will win on naag panchami day." Please don't do this, otherwise there will be nothing I can do." Santoshi looks at Dhairya with sadness. She watches him put on a new shirt and look at her in anger as he leaves for his meeting. She thinks to herself "How can Dhairya sir say these things to me?" "I am his wife, but he is clearly telling me it is Sindoori he wants." She begins to cry, when she gets a phone call. It is Ankur. She quickly wipes her tears and tries her best to answer cheerfully. She says "Hello Ankur." "How are you?" Ankur says "I am fine Santoshi ji." How are you?" Santoshi lies and says "I am good." Ankur then says "Would I be able to meet you somewhere?" "I wanted to talk to you." Santoshi although not in the mood to go anywhere, thought it would be good to get out of the house. She says sure "We can meet at the cafe by my house." Ankur says okay "I will see you soon." Santoshi changes her sari (Santoshi is in her pre-accident look) and tells Kaka she is going to meet Ankur. When Santoshi goes to the coffee shop she sees that Ankur is already there and that he ordered chai for them. Santoshi sits down and Ankur says "What's wrong?" Santoshi says "Nothing, what would be wrong." Ankur says "Don't feel bad Santoshi ji, but you are not a very good liar." "This is about Sindoori isn't it?" Santoshi nods. She begins telling him everything that happened, starting from when Dhairya saw him wave at her to what he had said earlier about Sindoori being the one he likes and her winning the naag panchami challenge. After listening to Santoshi tell him what happened Ankur looks at her sadly, and thinks "Santoshi is such a kind person." "Why is this happening to her?" Santoshi then looks at Ankur and says "How can Dhairya sir say these things to me?" "I am his wife, we have been through so much." "But he is clearly telling me it is Sindoori he wants." "Am I not worth loving, that my own husband doesn't even want me?" She begins to break down and cry. Ankur says "Santoshi please don't cry." He goes to hug her and Santoshi hugs him back.
Meanwhile Dhairya thought to stop for some coffee at the cafe by the house before heading home. As he walks in he sees a sight he never thought he would. Santoshi hugging another guy. The guy from the other day. "What was his name?" "Ashok, no Ankush, no that isn't it either." "Ankur!" "Santoshi's childhood friend." Seeing the guy hugging his wife made Dhairya seeth in anger and he left the cafe without saying anything. Santoshi then realizes that she was crying in the arms of another man and pulls away. She says "I am sorry." Ankur says "There is no need to be sorry." "What is happening with Sindoori is not right." "Also what your husband is doing is not right either." "You are a good person Santoshi ji." "I don't know how your husband does not see that." Santoshi smiles a bit at Ankur's kind words. Ankur says "Maybe I should talk to your husband." "Make him realize that Sindoori is a fraud." Santoshi says "I think that is a good idea." They leave back to the Mishra household.
At the house Dhairya is in his room recalling Santoshi hugging Ankur and is furious. He throws things and says "How could Santoshi do this to me?" He thinks to head out to get some fresh air. When he comes downstairs he sees Santoshi and Ankur coming through the front door. (The whole family including Sindoori is present) He goes to Santoshi and grabs her arm and says "Santoshi, how could you?" Santoshi is confused and says "What did I do?" Dhairya says "Don't act smart." " I saw you with Ankur, hugging in the cafe." Santoshi looks shocked. She says "Dhairya sir let me explain." Dhairya grabs her arm tighter and says "I don't want to hear your excuses." Santoshi winces in pain and says "Dhairya sir please, you are hurting me." Ankur comes there and glares at Dhairya and says "Let go of Santoshi." Dhairya let's go of her and laughs and says "Oh so now you are Santoshi's protector?" "Listen, I am Santoshi's husband, okay." Dhairya then looks at Santoshi and says "You always tried to act innocent and naive." "But today you proved to me what a shameless woman you are." Santoshi looks at Dhairya in shock and slaps him. The whole family looks on in shock. She was able to bare his indifference earlier, she could even bare him telling her he liked Sindoori, but when he started talking about her character she would have none of it. Dhairya looked at Santoshi with shock on his face. Santoshi says "Bas, bohot ho gaya." "You are making accusations on me?" "How dare you?" "I have been trying to do everything to save our relationship." "But you, you are stuck on this naag panchami thing." "Not only that, you kept telling me things you liked about Sindoori." "Then today you said you think it is Sindoori you like, and that you think she will win the naag panchami challenge." Sindoori hears this and smiles. Santoshi who is in tears at this point says "I love you Dhairya sir, and only you, but that wasn't good enough." Dhairya looks at her and says "I want you to leave." Santoshi looks at him in shock and says "You what?" Dhairya says "You knew you wouldn't be able to win the naag panchami challenge, so you are trying to make me feel bad." "The truth is you are not my Santoshi." "Now leave this house." Santoshi looks at Dhairya in shock with tears streaming down her face and she runs out of the house with Ankur behind her. Kaki goes up to Dhairya and slaps him and says "I am ashamed of you today Dhairya." Dhairya was shocked that his own mother had slapped him and says "Maa!." Kaki says "You just let the best thing that ever happened to you walk out of this house." "I hope you are happy." She and Kaka look at Dhairya with disappointment and then go upstairs while Sindoori hugs Dhairya and says "Meri hero" while Dhairya looks slightly guilty.
Meanwhile Santoshi is running and crying until Ankur finally catches up to her and says "Santoshi ji." "Please stop." Santoshi stops but continues to cry. Ankur says "I am sorry." "This is all my fault." Santoshi says "No, this is not your fault at all." "The truth is, you were just the reason that Dhairya sir needed, so he could go be with Sindoori." Ankur feeling guilty says "What will you do now, where will you go?" Santoshi says "I don't know." "Maybe go to my maayka." Ankur says "Stay with me." Santoshi says "No, I can't do that." Ankur says "Please, I am feeling guilty." "No matter what you say, I feel somewhat responsible for what is happening with you and Dhairya. Santoshi thinks "Okay, I will stay with you, but you have to promise me you will let me do work in your house." Ankur hesitates but says "Okay, it's a deal." They get in his car and head to his house. They pull up into the driveway and Santoshi and him go inside. Santoshi looks around and says "Wow Ankur ji, your home is very beautiful." (pic of Ankur's house below) Ankur says "Thanks." Santoshi says "What do you do?" Ankur says "My family owns a computer software company." "I was helping my father run it while he was still alive and now I run the company." Santoshi says "Do you live here alone?" Ankur says "I have one younger sister who was living with me." "She is away at boarding school now." Santoshi says "Such a big house for two people." Ankur says "Since my mother's passing, I can't seem to part with the house." Santoshi feels bad and says "I am sorry I didn't mean to ask so many questions, and make you bring up old wounds." Ankur says "No, it is okay." Santoshi then says "You mentioned that your mother was murdered, and that Sindoori saw everything, but you did not tell me what happened after that." Ankur explains how Sindoori saw everything but the men who murdered his mother saw her and beat her very badly putting her in a coma. Ankur paid for her medical bills and was waiting for her to wake up so he could find out who murdered his mother and why. He then says "I found out she left the hospital and I tracked her down to your house." "I had confronted Sindoori earlier before coming to your house, but she said she didn't know who I was and couldn't remember anything." "That is when I came to your house and we met the first time." Santoshi says "I don't know why Sindoori thinks she is me." "We need to make her remember who she is so she can help you find the people who killed your mother." Ankur says "We also need to make her remember so she will leave your house and you and Dhairya can be together again." Santoshi weakly smiles and says "Let us not worry about mine and Dhairya sir's relationship right now." Santoshi decides to change the topic and says "Shall we eat." Ankur says "But I don't have anything in my fridge." Santoshi laughs and thinks "Typical admi." She says "Show me your kitchen, I will see what I can make." Ankur takes Santoshi to the kitchen and she opens the fridge and sees some vegetables and paneer and decides to make shahi paneer and bhindi. She thinks to herself "These are Dhairya sir's favourites" and feels sad. She quickly puts that thought out of her mind and starts cooking. Ankur asks if he can help, but Santoshi says no you relax. A little while later Santoshi calls Ankur to tell him that dinner is ready. Ankur says "Wow Santoshi ji, everything smells delicious." Santoshi smiles. He says "Now I know for sure something is wrong with your husband." "Who would let a wife who can cook this good leave." Santoshi laughs while Ankur feels happy that he could make Santoshi forget her sadness for a little while.
