Part 11
It had been a week since Santoshi left the house and Dhairya was back to his old self. He had also began drinking a lot, and Kaka and Kaki were very worried about him. Meanwhile Madhu was happy that Santoshi was finally out of the house and that she wouldn't get her hands on the Mishra property. She thinks to go see Kraanti Maa and tell her the good news. She is about to leave for the ashram when Dhairya sees her and says "Maabhi, where are you going?" Madhu who gets startled says "Oh I am just going to meet my friend Upasana." She then puts on her fake caring routine and says "Dhairya meri bachi, why don't you go meet some friends." "Take your mind off Santoshi." Upon hearing Santoshi's name Dhairya angrily says "Maabhi, please do not say her name in this house." Madhu says "Okay, I am sorry." "I will be back soon." As Madhu leaves, she smiles thinking "Good, Dhairya is still angry at Santoshi." Dhairya thinks "I can't stay at home." "Maybe I should go for a drive." As he is about to leave he sees that Madhu left her phone and thinks to catch up to her. He goes outside and sees her car driving away and thinks to follow her. As he is driving, he says to himself "Why is Maabhi heading in this direction?" "Upasana auntie's house is the other way." He thinks "Maybe Maabhi had some other errands to do first." He keeps driving until they reach Kraati Maa's ashram. Dhairya looks confused and says "Kraanti Maa ki ashram?" "Why did Maabhi tell me she was meeting Upasana auntie, if she was coming to see Kraanti Maa?" He sees Madhu going inside the ashram and gets out of his car and decides to follow her. He heads inside the ashram towards Kraanti Maa's quarters when one of Kraanti Maa's men says "Kraanti Maa is in a meeting, you can't go in there." Dhairya says "My bhabhi went in there and she forgot her phone, so I just want to give it to her." He says "I am sorry you can't go in there." Dhairya says "It will just take a minute." The man says "Listen, she cannot be disturbed." Dhairya realizes the man would not budge and says "Okay I will leave." As he is leaving he looks back to see the man watching him suspiciously and thinks to himself "Something weird is going on here." When the man turns around Dhairya quickly hides behind a tree, and sneaks back up to Kraanti Maa's quarters, this time managing to avoid being seen by anyone. Dhairya is about to knock when he hears Madhu's voice. The door is slightly open making it easy to hear. Madhu says "Kraanti Maa, thank you so much for your help." Dhairya thinks "What is Maabhi taking about?" Madhu says "It is because of you I was able to get Santoshi out of the house." Upon hearing Santoshi's name Dhairya's ears perk up. Madhu narrates everything she did to make Dhairya suspect Santoshi and the drama that happened at Santoshi's birthday. Dhairya hears everything and storms in to the room shocking both Madhu and Kraanti Maa. Madhu stands up and says "Dhairya what are you doing here?" Dhairya angrily says "You forgot your phone so I came to bring it to you." "But here you are talking about how you plotted to get my wife out of the house." Hearing Dhairya angry Madhu says "Listen Dhairya..." Before Madhu could speak further Dhairya yells "Bas Maabhi, I don't want to hear your lies." "I heard everything." "Every sick detail of your twisted plan." He looks at Madhu with anger and says "It was a big mistake to start trusting you again." "No, you know what I can't even blame you entirely for this." "I was stupid to believe that Santoshi would cheat on me." "She is too good to hurt anyone like this." "But you, all you do is hurt people." "You are so selfish." He then sheds a tear and says "You called me your son and I thought of you not as my bhabhi, but as a mother." "But no mother would do this to their child." "Maybe that is why God didn't give you any children." Madhu looks a little hurt by that comment as Dhairya continues on. He says "You kept making me doubt Santoshi's love and I hurt her in the worst possible way." Dhairya wipes his tears and says "Santoshi!" "I have to find Santoshi." "I hope she will forgive me." Madhu grabs Dhairya's hand and says "Listen to me" but Dhairya pulls his hand away and yells "Don't touch me!" "You are dead to me." "I hate you!" Dhairya leaves thinking he needs to go find Santoshi. Madhu realizes she has lost Dhairya for good this time and says "It is all because of that naukrani, this is happening." She tells Kraanti Maa to send her goons to kidnap Santoshi.
Since leaving the Mishra house, Santoshi had been staying in a hotel courtesy of Kiran. She didn't want to go to her house yet and tell her family what happened. (Her family left before the confrontation at the birthday party) Kiran had come to visit her at the hotel to say goodbye as we was going to leave back to London the next day. "Santoshi, are you sure you don't want me to stay?" "I am worried about you." Santoshi says "Kiran, I am a big girl, I will be fine." "I just need some time." He smiles at her and says "You know you don't have to always put on a brave face." "That to for you best friend." Santoshi smiles a little and says "I am sorry, old habits." Kiran says "Well I am glad I could make you smile a little bit." Santoshi then says "Kiran, thanks for putting me up in a hotel, I am not sure how I can repay you." Kiran sighs and says "Santoshi, you are my best friend you don't need to thank me, neither do you have to pay me back." "In fact, if anything, you should be upset with me." Santoshi looks at him confused and says "What do you mean?" Kiran says "It is because of me, that Dhairya kicked you out of the house." Santoshi says "This is not your fault." She looks on sadly and says "Dhairya did not trust me or our love, and thought I cheated on him." She then looks deep in thought and Kiran says "What are you thinking?" She says "I was just thinking, who do you think is responsible for sending those photos to Dhairya that made him think we were having an affair?" Kiran says "I am not sure." "Is there anyone in your life who would stand to gain from you and Dhairya breaking up?" Santoshi was trying to think who would do such a thing, when the hotel phone rings. She answers the phone, it is the front desk saying she received a package. She hangs up and says "Kiran I will be right back, the front desk said I have a package." Kiran nods as Santoshi heads downstairs. After a few minutes Kiran thinks "Wait!" "No one knows Santoshi is here." "Who would be sending her a package?" He gets worried and thinks to go down to the front desk. He is about to get in the elevator when he sees that it is not working and starts to head down the stairs. Meanwhile Santoshi goes to the front desk and asks for the package. The front desk lady says "Ma'am, there is no package for you here." Santoshi says "I just got a call from the front desk saying to come collect a package." The lady says "Sorry ma'am I am not sure who called you, but it was not me." Santoshi looks on confused and walks back to the elevators. As she is waiting she gets a call on her cell phone. She answers it and it is Kiran who is all out of breath. Kiran says "Santoshi, are you okay?" Santoshi says "Yes, I am fine." "Why wouldn't I be?" "Why are you so out of breath?" He says "Stay where you are I am coming down." Santoshi is confused and is about to ask Kiran why he is so worried, when a pair of hands go over her mouth and she drops her phone. Kiran who is on the other line says "Santoshi, Santoshi, SANTOSHI." Hearing muffled screams he gets really worried. He finally makes it to the bottom of the stairs only to see Santoshi being taken away by two men. He screams "SANTOSHI!" and runs behind the goons, but is too late as they are driving away.
Meanwhile Dhairya is at home and pacing back and forth thinking where could Santoshi have gone. He tried calling her phone repeatedly but got no answer. He also tried calling Bitto to see if Santoshi was there but she wasn't. He then thought to call Kiran as he might know where Santoshi would be. He goes to grab his phone when it starts to rings. He sees Kiran's name and says "Hello Kiran, I was just going to call you." Before Dhairya could speak further Kiran frantically says "Dhairya, Santoshi..." Dhairya says "What about Santoshi?" "Is she okay?" Dhairya by now had become panicked and listened to Kiran narrate the whole story. At the end Dhairya says "Kya?" "God, this is all my fault." Kiran says "Who would do this? "And why?" Dhairya angrily replies "My Maabhi did all this." Kiran says "Kya?" Dhairya goes on to tell him it was Maabhi who created misunderstandings between him and Santoshi and it was her who sent those doctored pictures. He concludes by saying "She wanted me and Santoshi to split up so Santoshi would not get a hold of the Mishra property." "She did this for money." Kiran listens in shock. Dhairya says "I am really sorry I accused you and Santoshi of having an affair." Kiran says "It is okay." "Maybe I would have come to the same conclusion if I were you." Then Dhairya says "How do we find Santoshi?" Kiran says "I have called the police, they should be at your house soon." "In fact, why don't I come to the house and I can help." Dhairya says "That is a good idea." "I will see you soon." Dhairya goes downstairs and Kaka and Kaki see him tensed and ask what happened. Dhairya tells them the whole story. Kaka and Kaki are shocked that Madhu would do such a thing and that Santoshi has been kidnapped. Just then Kiran and the police enter the house and Dhairya says "Inspector, do you have any leads?" The Inspector says "We have officers searching for your wife." "Also Kiran told us that your Bhaabhi has done all this." Dhairya replies "Yes!" "I want my bhabhi arrested." Pratap comes home and looks at Dhairya confusingly and says "Dhairya, why would you want Madhu arrested?" Dhairya says "Since your wife is the one who is responsible for kicking Santoshi out of this house and having her kidnapped." Pratap looks on in shock that Madhu could do such a thing. Dhairya goes on to say "I also think that Kraanti Maa is involved in this." "I have no proof, but I believe my bhabhi did this with her help." The Inspectors says "Kraanti Maa?" "Dhairya says "Haan, she is a very dangerous woman." The Inspector says "We have been tracking some suspicious activity from her ashram, so we are not surprised." Just then Dhairya gets a call from an unknown number. He answers it. There is a man on the other end who says "Is this Dhairya Mishra?" Dhairya replies "Yes." The goon says "We have your wife." In the background we hear Santoshi screaming. Dhairya makes a fist with his hand and says "If you lay one hand on my wife, I will kill you." The goon laughs and says "I will be making the threats here Mr. Mishra." The goon says "I want you to bring me 10 crores in exchange for your wife." "Oh, and no cops. "You must come alone." "If you come with anyone, we will kill your wife." Dhairya says "No, no I will come alone." "Just, please don't hurt my wife." "Tell me where I should bring the money?" The goon tells him about an abandoned warehouse across town and tells him to be there in the next hour. Dhairya hangs up the phone and the Inspector says "What did they say?" Dhairya says "They have Santoshi, and they want me to bring them 10 crores in exchange for her." Kiran says "Okay, let's get the money and I will come with you." Dhairya says "No, they want me to come alone." "They said if anyone else comes they will kill Santoshi." The Inspector says "We will put a tracking device in your car and then our men will be able to reach the location." Dhairya sees Pratap trying to call Madhu. Pratap still shocked that Madhu would do such a thing, calls her and says "Come on Madhu pick up." But he just keeps getting the message "The device you are trying to reach is currently switched off." Dhairya goes to Pratap and says "Bhai, I know you don't want to believe that Maabhi did this but right now we need to focus on bringing Santoshi back home." "Please arrange for the bank to have 10 crores ready for me." Pratap looks at Dhairya and nods his head and calls the bank. Dhairya goes to the bank and then heads towards the warehouse. He gets a phone call from the goons who tell him that they have changed the location. Dhairya thinks "Good thing the police put a tracker in my car." He drives to the new location and says to himself "Santoshi I am coming." "Please be safe, please be alive." "Please Santoshi Maa, protect my Santoshi."
