Gayatri is happy that their whole family has reunited again. Anu apologizes to Gayatri and Parikshit for what she did before and says she will never do it again. Kartik and Anu go over to Sanskriti and thank her for what she has done. Kartik says that only the lucky ones get friends like you. Anu apologizes to her and thanks her also. Sanskriti says that by saying thank you, you have made me into a stranger. She says that how many times I have to tell you, I hate formalities. Gayatri comes over, and says you hate formalities, but you love hugs don't you? They both hug. Gayatri says that what you have done for us, nobody even does for their own family. She says that you mean more to me than even my own children. She takes Parikshit's and Gayatri's blessings. Sanskriti jokingly says that you guys have made a pact to get me to cry. Kartik says, aren't you going to hug me? Sanskriti nods her head yes. They both hug. Sanskriti gives them good luck and also says that if you guys fight again, then you will not get me. She says even if you call me, you will not get me. Gayatri understands and gets sad.
They get home and Gayatri says that look, Anu looks like a newly wed bride. Anu remembers what happened when she first came into the house as a newly wed bride and she has flashbacks about what she used to do to Gayatri and Parikshit. Anu tells Gayatri and Parikshit that she has to tell them something and that she might not be able to tell them when she enters the house.
She says that I know that whatever I did was not forgivable but if possible, please forgive me. Gayatri says not to say a word otherwise they will never forgive her. She says that we have never seen the difference between you and Suhana, so stop crying. They go and ring the doorbell. When they don't open the door, Gayatri gets worried and says that Niam and Suhana left before we did, how come they are not home. Parikshit says that don't worry they might have gotten stuck somewhere, they'll come. Before Parikshit can open the door with his key, Niam and Suhana open the door. Next we see Shubh dressed as a Pundit and holding a "thaali". Gayatri and Parikshit are about to come in, but Shubh says that they can't without doing aarti. They joke around a little bit, and then they finally say ok fine, do aarti. He says to wait five minutes because he has practiced a lot, but after all it is my first time. He asks the bride and groom to come one step forward and he does aarti. Then Gayatri asks Anu to tip the glass with rice in it. Before they do anything, Shubh cuts in and says to give him "darshana" and that without that, no aarti is complete. Kartik speaks up and says to his mom that she always used to do aarti, but you didn't ask for darshana. Gayatri says this is a pundit from a new generation so you will have to do as he asks. Kartik gives it to Shubh and then he says ok, now the bride and groom can come in. Kartik goes to Shubh and says that you haven't stopped with your tricks have you? And Shubh says that this is my trademark isn't it? Parikshit comes and says to Kartik that Shubh has not done this kind of stuff for some days and when this person does not do any tricks or jokes around with anyone, the house seems too quiet. Shubh says what to do Papa, the person that I was doing all this with was gone, and so who was I supposed to do it with? Now that he is back, jokes and tricks are back too. Kartik apologizes to Shubh about not being there when he needed him. But he says that now I am here and we will do everything that we used to do. They hug. Kartik asks for Neha. Shubh says that I will bring her.
Everybody is sitting in the room and Shubh is happy to have his brother back. Gayatri says that I will be right back. Shubh asks where she is going, and she answers to get Neha. Shubh looks tense. He goes behind her and tells her that Kartik just came back and you are here. She says that everybody is sitting there and Neha should be with us. Shubh says that I will bring her. She walks into the room and Neha isn't there, she asks Shubh where she is. When Shubh is about to answer, there is a loud crash. Gayatri says that you scared when you didn't answer. Shubh says you go and I will bring her. When Shubh leaves, Suhana comes out and asks about Neha.
Gayatri brings tea to everyone. Anu starts to say that she doesn't want chai, but then agrees. She says she will make something to eat. But Kartik says no, your son has come after many days and you are stuck in the kitchen. He makes her sit and he says that it has been a long time since he has had a nice chat with his parents. He says that he missed them and Gayatri says that we did too.
Suhana asks if there is a problem. Shubh says that he has left Neha in that care center forever. Suhana is shocked. Suhana asks if mom and dad know anything about it, Shubh answers no. He says that nobody should find out about this. He says that mom and dad are happy now that Kartik and Anu are back, so he doesn't want to say anything that will make them sad. He says that you will help me right? She says yes.
Suhana comes back out and Niam sees that she is upset. He looks at her and she says she is ok. Anu asks for a family photo. Parikshit goes to get the camera. Gayatri asks about Neha again. Suhana saves him by saying that she went in there and Neha wasn't feeling well and to leave her alone. Gayatri says but how are we going to get a family photo then. She agrees. Shubh is about to take the picture but he has flashbacks about Neha. Parikshit says to come in the picture too, he says ok.
Anu asks Sanskriti what that situation is. She says that I don't know how to handle a serious situation at all. She says ok and Sanskriti says that Kartik is a very good cook. Anu is surprised. Sanskriti says now I will go. Anu says stay for a while. But Sanskriti says its late. Anu brings Sanskriti to her mom and tells her that she has to go home because she has an important interview. Gayatri says to eat dinner then to go. She instructs Sanskriti to set the table. Anu tries to make roti but with no luck, Gayatri says to go sit and she will teach her later.
