"The, what?" Vidushi said, making a face.

"The Baby Project, and if any of you takes this loosely, you might as well get the hell out of my team!" Vardhan shouted, making everyone step back.

"But, sir," Vidushi put up a hand. "What is the Baby Project? And why?"

"Well, since you farzi engineers wouldn't understand teamwork, I decided to give you this one." He walked around the room, coming back to his old spot and continued, "in this, pairs are chosen, and they're to take care of a baby doll for a month. It shall be completely taken care of, and by the end of the month, I'll see your progress."

"And if there's any scratch on the baby, you know what happens. The partner list is stuck on the notice board." By that, he dashed out of the room, intense background music automatically playing in all students' ears.

"What the hell?!" Vidushi said, and threw her arms in the air showing displeasure.

"Stop complaining Vidushi, we have to do this no matter how much you dislike it," Parth said, rolling his eyes.

"Hey, she's just stating her opinion..." Sahil butted in and defended her, making her eyes narrow, indicating she was suspicious.

On the other hand, Sanyukta's condition was something diffrent.

"Partners, shit!" Sanyukta widened her eyes and rushed to check the list. "I should've known. . ." she mumbled.

"What should you have known, Farzi?" a voice came from right behind her, making hair rise behind her neck. "It's not like you know anything, ever, why so surprised then?"

"We're partners," she said, looking away.
