Soham and Shikar are outside the court and S is telling Sh had he knows all truth as to why he did friendship with K as he heard him that day talking to someone on the phone. Sh is shocked to know this and tells him that S will still not be able to prove that Sh was involved in all this. S tells him that he still remembers the voice of the other person and once he listens it again, he will make out who that person is and what is his relation with Sh and K. Sh's father is listening to all this. He tells Sh that now that he knows that he has one weak link, he should try and find out all other weak links and control the situation.
Sh speaks to his friend Avi and tells him to lie in the court that he did not tell K Sh about the party or about K and P going towards the Kila. Avi is very worried and he tells Sh that P knows the truth and she can create problems if he lies in the court. Sh asks him to do this favor for his frnd and also warns him that if he speaks the truth, he will have to pay for it.
Sh is speaking to his father and is telling him that P acts very bholi bhali and makes everyone fall for her. First, with her innocent ways, she lured K and now she is planning to destroy his life. He also says that for P only money matters and therefore she pretends to luv K as he is the only son of a rich businessman. His father goes into the flashback and we see a very beautiful lady telling him that she loves him and he should always be with her. Sh's father is thinking that he wants to help P but cannot do that at this moment.
Back in the courtroom, Avi is called as witness. He goes against K and tells that he never told Sh about the plans of the party and also that K and P are going towards the site. He tells that the day Nitin died, no one among his frnds went towards the Kila and Sh was also with them for the whole time. P cannot listen to all this and starts shouting that Abi is lying but the judge asks him to speak only when her turn comes.
Outside the court room, Sh's father is speaking to the press and telling them that he is here as he is the trustee of the college and he has his responsibility towards the college and the students. S listens his voice and recognizes it but by the time he reaches the scene, Sh's father has already left and he is not able to see the face of the person.
P is in the college and sees all the good memories in the flashback. She goes and sits in the canteen. S and Palak join her. Three of them are sitting on table no. 7 and are very sad and worried. P tells that K is innocent and she will prove the same. Some other students sitting on the nearby table start teasing them and P gets hyper and shouts back at them.
S reaches home and his father tells him that Nitin's mother called. She is leaving for her village and wanted to meet him before that. S feels very bad.
Nitin's mother is about to leave and S reaches there. Both of them are crying. S asks her as is it really necessary for her to leave. She tells him that now she has no one in this city and so it will be better if she goes and stays back in her village. She gives S, Nitin's ball and asks him to keep it as a memory of Nitin. S is very upset and asks her to stay atleast for him.
Preview – P is in the college with Palak and telling her that someone has paid her full fees.
Sh's father is meeting Dadu and tells him that he wants to help P but Dadu is very annoyed.
Again, some flashbacks of that beautiful lady with Sh's father.
