Maybe CVs are just dragging because of Bhavini Purohit's contract and they don't know what to do with her character. Maybe they'll lock Radha up soon as her contract is up?

Even if she is on contract, they can start showing the modis figuring out about her then Radha getting slapped,kicked,etc by the entire modi family, then her and tripti going to jail, then they can have a dragged out court case, jail time, etc. With the way they drag the tracks, all this could takes at least 5 to 6 months.
