Great post Alina. ⭐️
Very hard to say though with Rashi. She is grey and I think she will remain grey with maybe the white shade a bit more by the end of SNS.
Rashi is a yo-yo and the fact is, whatever happens, she likes to looks at herself first and then the others. To her, everything has to and needs to revolve around her and when they do, she needs the attention on her, good attention. If someone disagrees with her wishes, she makes herself a victim and then justifies her actions, whether they are correct or not.
Like everything else in SNS, Rashi's character has been changing. From the physically abusive and sadistic character of the first year, Rashi has morphed into a person who is still the same person except that she is not physically abusive or someone who simply wants to see Gopi unhappy anymore. She does care for others but her priorities start with herself first and then her mother and then the rest, at all times.
I would like to make it clear that being selfish is not bad. One is selfish a lot of times but the truth is, there are certain times when you need to look beyond that and think from another's perspective. Certain situations demand a little empathy, hardwork and sympathy and Rashi lacks in these.
Suddenly Jigar's lack of patience with Rashi seems to be out of the blue but maybe this has been building for sometime now. Jigar we see is someone who always puts himself in another's shoes. He forgives and forgets easily. This time he cannot see just how selfish his wife is and finally maybe his outbursts will show Rashi where she is going wrong.
Rashi is slowly leaning towards a lighter shade of grey and I think as the story progresses, that will show up more instead of some sporadic moments of conscience.😊
So yes. Not positive, but Rashi is turning somewhat humane 😊
