Its not about getting the other side to accept or reject Devo. I mean seriously how would anyone ever be able to make others change their decision? This is a decision everyone has to make for themselves because it involves your own emotions and not somebody elses.

This discussion is about the difference between constructive and destructive criticism in general and in the specific situation we have to deal with in the moment. (saying that neither will help Devo isn't really constructive either my dear)

Also I might add that people, who think destructive criticism is the only way they can express their feelings should consider the feelings of others. Not especially devo's but the feelings of those, who like her. Being rude about her or saying that people, who like her have no taste, can be hurtful for some.

Lastly the word obstinate hasn't been used by beautiful 😉

I agree that Dev brings a different vibe than what Gia brought. In my opinion, that isn't necessarily a bad thing. To some people, it's strange and that's understandable. I kind of see the new vibe as a breath of fresh air.

Mega -- Dhurti has expressed her opinion. She has politely expressed her opinion. She never said anything bad about Dev.

I know Dev brought Fresh air that has improved our TRP from 3.9 to 2.9 (good improvement).

okie constuctive criticism my take on new girl..

she cant act properly still...so given less dialogues..

and she cant express still and she is not in to gopis character still...

so she needs to become a better actress..before she is given a length of dialogues...

the burden is there on Rupal and Nazims shoulders ...till the new bie improves...

@ megustajalebi , that ws really a gud post... but some people will never understand it...they thing being different is good.. ys it is... but being rude to be differet is not acceptable... they r even trying to bash and harassing fellow forum members... i really dont understand what is their problem?!!!
if they dont wanna accept the change let them be... it will not make any difference... but a humble advise to all.. acceptance will make life much easier... plz dont say that u dont want an easy life 😛
