Gopi opens the door and stands in shocked to see Ahem back. Did he forget something? Why is he back? Why is he smiling weirdly?

Ahem's POV as he leaves

I can't believe I just kissed her. But I couldn't resist it. Her checks looks so cute and soft. What I would do to kiss them again. (Now he is standing in front of the car) I don't want to go. Her face is the last thing I see at night and the first thing I see in the morning. If I go home then I won't be able to see her. Well, I technically don't have to go home since nobody knows I'm here. What if I stay here then I can wake up early, and go home before anybody notices. Yes. Good idea Ahem.. but how am I supposed to convince Gopi to let me stay over? She is going to be worried about her Maaji finding out. Unless if I tell her that the car is having troubles starting. Then she has to let me stay. You're getting good at this Ahem.
With a cheeky smile, Ahem literally runs back, skipping up the stairs and knocks on the door

Gopi: Ahemji what happenned? Are you ok? Do you need anything?

Ahem: Oh no, I'm fine. Its the car. It is having starting problems.

Gopi: Should I call the mechanic?

Ahem: Gopi do you know what time it is? It is past midnight. I'm sure they are all asleep by now.

Gopi: No, the mechanic bhai who lives two doors, we can call him. I'm sure he wouldn't mind.

Oh god, what is wrong with this girl. She is going to ruin all my plans.

Ahem: No Gopi. It is not nice. I'll just call him in the morning.

Gopi: Then what you going to do? How are you going to go home?

I'm trying my best to stay with her, and all she wants is me to go home. How do convince her to let me stay?

Gopi then realises what was going on. He wants to stay with me. With that thought, she starts blushing.

Ahem bends over and whispers in her ear: Every time you blush, it makes me want to kiss you more.

Ahem moves back winks at her, making her face turn red like a tomato. Ahem slides by and goes and sits on the bed.

Ahem: So are you going to be standing all night or you going to close that door and come to bed?

Gopi still in trance, closes the door, but doesn't budge.

Gopi looks down and asks : How are you going to go home without anybody realizing you weren't there?

Ahem: I will just sneak in the morning before anyone wakes up. I'm getting tired Gopi with the amount of questions you are asking. Can we please go to sleep.

Gopi nods her head and starts to take out an extra blanket and pillow to sleep on the floor.

Ahem: Gopi what are you doing?

Gopi: I'm setting up to go to sleep

Ahem: Why are you sleeping on the floor for?

Gopi: You are sleeping on the bed so...

Ahem: Can I ask you something? I want to know your opinion

Gopi: ok

Ahem: Do you feel uncomfortable sleeping on the bed with me?

Gopi is shocked. I thought he didn't want me to sleep on the bed with him. Especially after what happened on Holi.

Ahem notices how her face goes from shocked to saddness. Gopi I promise to you this would be one of the last times you would have a frown upon your beautiful face from tomorrow. Tomorrow will change everything.

Ahem: Gopi if you don't want to, I understand. I will sleep on the floor. You get a cold when you sleep on the floor.

Gopi is touched. He cares if I get sick.

Gopi: No, it is ok Ahem ji. You are not used to sleeping on the floor. On top of that you have allergies. You would not be able to get a good night sleep.

Ahem: Well I won't let you sleep on the floor. The only option is for us to share the bed. But I don't think you want to, so that means I'm sleeping on the floor and you're on the bed.
Gopi: I thought '

Ahem: Gopi, can you please tell me what is going on in your mind. However much I want to read your mind, I can't. Can you please tell me? And don't worry, I won't get mad at you.

Gopi: I thought that you didn't want to share the bed.

Ahem: I know I've been cruel to you and I want to talk to you about all that has between us. But right now is not the right time. It is really late, and I need to wake up early so I can go back home. If you don't mind sharing the bed, can we go to sleep?

Gopi looks curious. I wonder what he wants to talk about.

She nods her head, and then goes and sits on the bed.

Ahem: If you don't mind, can you face towards me when you sleep? To tell you the truth, I like to see your face as the last thing when I go to sleep and the first thing when I wake up. If I don't, it feels like the day turns out bad.

Gopi blushes furiously and nods her head again.

Both lay down facing each other with a smile on their face. Both have some calmness in their hearts. Both hearts feels as if everything will be alright from now. With that both go to sleep with a smile on their face.
