Arbaaz Khan, Sshura Khan announce name of their newborn daughter days after birth

Arbaaz Khan and his wife, makeup artist Sshura Khan, have revealed the name of their newborn daughter. The couple, who welcomed their baby girl on October 5, have named her 'Sipaara Khan'.

Earlier today, Arbaaz was spotted outside Mumbai’s Hinduja Hospital, carrying his daughter in his arms as the family headed home. Sshura, dressed in comfortable post-delivery attire, was discharged the same day. Arbaaz briefly waved at photographers before getting into the car, while fans congratulated the couple online.

Their joint Instagram post introducing the baby simply read, “Alhamdulillah,” along with a white heart emoji. The name reveal post has already drawn warm wishes from friends and followers.

A new chapter for Arbaaz

This is Arbaaz’s second time becoming a father. He shares a 22-year-old son, Arhaan Khan, with actor Malaika Arora. The former couple were married for nearly two decades before parting ways in 2019.

Arbaaz married Sshura Khan in an intimate nikah ceremony in December 2023 at his sister Arpita Khan Sharma’s home in Mumbai. The event was attended by close family members, including Salman Khan and other members of the Khan family.

In an earlier interview with ETimes, Arbaaz had confirmed the pregnancy, saying, “Yes, it is there. I’m not denying that information because right now it’s something that is out there, and my family knows about it. It’s a very exciting time in both our lives. We are happy and excited. We’re going to welcome this new life into our lives.”

Arbaaz and Sshura first met on the sets of Patna Shukla, a film produced by Arbaaz and starring Raveena Tandon. Sshura worked as the makeup artist for the lead actress, and their bond grew stronger over time. With the arrival of baby Sipaara, the couple begins a new chapter together, surrounded by family blessings and love.
