PART 18:
Gopi woke up early and was feeling sore all over and quietly to her room and took bath and went and prepared Ahem's breakfast and headed to his room only to him already in the bath. She saw the mess they caused and quickly removed the sheets and changed them and brought his cleaned and ironed suit and lay it on the bed and was about to leave when she felt strong hands around her waist and shot her eyes as she felt his naked chest on her exposed back and sigh. He turned her round and told her to stay and have breakfast with him. She agreed and then he left her and took the suit and went back to the bathroom and changed.
He saw that she is not wearing either her mangalsutre or sindoor but said nothing as he noticed her distant. They had their breakfast in silence each wishing the other one will say something. She took the dishes down and went to her room and sat by the dresser not noticing him coming in.
" Gopi what wrong and please tell me you do not regret last night as I do not and besides we did nothing wrong?" " Not at all Ahemji but am just thinking what next as am not ready to face anyone or go with you yet and am wondering how's that going to affect us."
He walked towards her and lift her from her sitting position to face him " listen Gopi just because I made you mine completely does not mean you have to move back suddenly and am not rushing you or going to force you but in fact I wanted to make sure we understand each other fully before we take the next step but yes I would like us to strengthen our relationship and by that we have to be in touch any how and could be anywhere so I've to tell the family that I've found you and also I do have a surprise for you. I love you and I don't want us to go through with the pain of loosing each other again". Hugging her tightly and added " thank you for making last night special and pleasurable." He release her only to pick up the chain and put it on and applied the sindoor and said now you look like Mrs Gopi Ahem Modi and kiss her lightly and told her that he has an important meeting and will call her and left.
Sara came home just as Ahem was left but saw his car. She went in and saw Gopi sitting on the sofa and crying and wondered what happened between them as she taught she saw a happy and smiley Ahem, so what could be the matter. She tap Gopi on the shoulder and upon seeing Sara she wipe her tears and went to hug her friend.
" Gopi did Ahem say anything to hurt you and why is he here this early. I tried calling you last night to check on you but the lines were dead but I hope you were ok." " Saraben, too many questions at one go. Anyway am fine and Ahemji did not say anything to me hurtful but these are tears of joy as Ahemji loves me and he has not married or seen Anitaji.Am just confused as to how our relationship is going to work as I don't know if I want to go back to MM and how will they accept the new me. Ahemji is not rushing or forcing me but am sure Saraben he will want me to be with him at MM. I do not know what to do."
"Listen Gopi you should tell Ahem exactly how you feel and about going to MM but I think you two need to first clear all previous misunderstandings and Gopi trust is an important part of a relationship and therefore you need to also figure out for yourself regarding the family and especially your sister Rashi. I know you don't believe me when I told you that she is the main obstacle in your life.You trust her too much and she was using your innocence but you will only believe me when your learnt the truth yourself. Also how does Ahem feel about her. By the way did Ahem tell you anything about a guy named Sanjay?"
"No Saraben but why and who is he?" " Well am seeing him and last night due to the weather I spent the night at his place and before you start lecturing me about a girl's pride let me tell you nothing happened and I used the guest room but Gopi I truly like and adore him. He is kind and gentle and very honest and very much like you in nature but I think life was hard for him and that toughen him a bit. I would like to introduce him to you tonight but we will not call you Gopi in his presence but Hamida and please trust me and don't ask questions. I want you to see if he can be my soul mate and I value your approval." Ok Saraben but now I have to get to the store so we will talk later for the arrangements."
Jigar drove to the hill and slept there as he did not want to disturb Kajal but wanted to talk to someone. He went to the office but was told Ahem went to a meeting. He then drove home and move his stuff to the guest room. Hetal saw his and was confused as to why he was behaving so differently with Rashi. " Jigar dikra, I know that you still blame Rashi for Gopi leaving but she told you that she has no hand in it so why are you torturing the poor soul. She is a good girl and besides Gopi is her sister and she is feeling the pain more." " Please maa you don't know anything and why worry everything will be fine and maa I don't want to hurt you but one day I will make it ok but for now as long as Gopi bhabi is not here I want anything to do with Rashi, so please leave this case alone."
Hetal was confused as to what Jigar is talking but since he is not ready to tell her she will wait until then and left him to change.After his mum left, he lay on bed thinking how to tell her about Rashi and now his new feeling for Kajal. Thinking of her made him remember how close he was to kissing on the lips but did not want to take advantage of her condition. He tried to call her to check if she was feeling better but only got voice message and that added to his frustration. He closed his eyes and took in her scent and softness against him and when she hug him triggered a very deep feeling that he did know he possesses, a feeling of longing to have someone share his life in every aspect.
The sound of his name made him open his eyes to see his brother sitting on the foot of his bed with guilt written all over his face and then he said " am sorry Jigar for the hurt I caused you and not sharing yours. I've been so selfish and not understanding you too were missing Gopi a lot and you are the only one the had faith in me and supported me, please forgive me." Bhai you need not apologize to me and I know you were just stress about finding bhabi but you don't worry as I have a feeling we will find her soon and all this mess will be sorted.
"Jigar one of the reasons I came to is to apologize but the other is to share my good news with you first."
"Let me guess bhai you got the contract again."
"I've found her Jigar, I've found Gopi. She is doing great and has changed a lot. She is now highly educated and own a designer clothing store and runs it with Sara. Yes Jigar the same Sara we met in Delhi fashion show. She lied to us that day but two days ago she called me and told me where to find her and I could not wait to meet her so I drove to the address and she was there and we just stirred at each other and i left thinking that she does not want to see me again but she called that night and we arrange to meet yesterday and she loves me, she still loves me and has forgiven me but is not ready to face the family yet."
"Bhai did you say you found Bhabi. Wow that amazing news and am soo delighted for you, please tell me how she is and look and the details."
Ahem told him everything leaving the suhaag raat out. Both had tears and hug and now that all seems well sat down to discuss the Sanjay issue when Ahem's phone ring and it was Gopi and he signal to Jigar
" What! am coming". he said and turned to a confused Jigar and said " Sanjay is going to Gopi's house tonight as Sara's guest and she want to introduce the two but I have not told Gopi about him and now Gopi will hate me if the two meet before I tell her, so get ready in ten minutes and join me".
Both arrived only for the guard to tell them that no one else has arrived before then when they asked him. Ahem feel relieve and cursed Sara between his teeth and rang the door bell and was glad Sara opened it so he grab her hand and shoved her into the car and entered with Jigar.
In an angry tone he said" what the hell are you playing Sara and why you bring him here as am sure you know I've not told Gopi yet. Listen am grateful for what you have done for her to date but from now on she is my responsibility and I will decide when to tell her."
"You listen to me carefully Mr Ahem Modi, first of all am not Gopi so don't ever treat me like this or else you will learn the consequences. Secondly Gopi might be your wife but she now has a voice and can make decisions herself regarding her life. Added to that, Sanjay is my guest and friend and I can invite him anywhere I want so if you did not tell Gopi about her brother that your problem. Finally I was not going to tell her but was hoping you will and since you and Sanjay are not on talking terms,I thought this will bridge the gap but for your information and after considerate thinking, I have sent Gopi to my uncle's place and now this will be an opportunity for you to solve you problems with Sanjay before breaking the news to either. So you see Mr Modi am on you side simply because Gopi loves you and would not see you humiliated even though I wonder how she put up with a temperamental person like you but love is blind and so is Gopi. Now remember this you and your brother are here to discuss some clothing designs with me and that you came to discuss this. So gentlemen can we go in as my guest will be wondering where i've disappeared after answering the door."
Both looked stunned as the guard told them other wise but understood the drill and thank her and went in with her.
That's all for now and if you find it boring please do say so as i did not get my inspiration from the show and just wanted to write so free myself of boredom till the next update.
