Thank you to all of you that read my story and commented or liked it. Well this will be my last update for now as am travelling INSHAALLAH. So am going to try and write as much as possible an do enjoy.
PART 21:
All went dead silent at MM and couldn't believe that Chirag slapped Jigar as he too was wondering what he has done as this is the first time for very long time that his dad slapped him.
" Why Jigar why? Has your mother and I not raised you well that you will disgrace us this way.? what have you lacked in this house, tell me? You do not talk to wife nor give her her wifely rights, you come and go as you wish without anyone of us saying a thing to you thinking you will come to senses but to stoop so low and behave so irresponsibly. Jigar am very disappointed with you right now, did you not once think how your wife would feel before acting so disrespectably. Am ashame of myself right".
" Please calm yourself Jigar ke papa and made be it was not him as you should find out the truth from him first before you jump to conclusion." Hetal said before turning to Jigar who looked confused as to what he might have done wrong. " Listen Jigar we all know that since the day Gopi left you have not been in good terms with Rashi thinking that she is at fault but even Ahem confirmed that Gopi left because of him so why are you bend on punishing your wife and that too in this manner. You have let me down big time because you used to tell me anything but now even when I asked You have excuses to make."
Rashi thought now this is the best chance to add her kalakaries and hopefully they family will sympathise with her. " Mummyji, papaji now you see what I was telling you Jigarji is always coming home late and when Iask him he shouts at me. I get up early and take care of this family and what do I get nothing apart from insults. I too have self respect and family and now due to Jigar how am I to face anyone."
" Maa what are you talking about and I do not know what lies Rashi told you this time but I've had it with her."
"jigar it's not Rashi but I saw you with my own eyes and do not even try to deny it Jigar." Chirag furiosly added
Now Jigar is more confused and wondered what his father is talking about and said " papa please tell me what you are talking about as am completely lost here."
"Ok Jigar were you not with a girl this evening in public kis..sing... her. Chi I can't even bring myself to look at you right now. You are married for God sake or iis it that you hate your wife so much that you result to such acts."
Now Jigar felt like he was kicked in the gut. Never did he think that he will be this exposed. Like they say love makes you do crazy things so did he. Yes he is in love truely and cannot think of life without her but he was not ready for this at least not now but since that part of his life is now known to his family he might as well get it sorted.
" Papa, mum I .. can explain. I know whatever am going to say will hurt you further and not convince you of my deeds being truthful but all the same I want to say that ..ahh I love her and want's to marry her"
"Jigar! what childish game you think this is or have you forgotten you are married so how can you think of it." Exclaimed Hetal
" Maa I do not want to be married to Rashi any more nor do I care about her and Maa I already told Rashi that I want a divorce."
The whole house felt as if an earth quake has hit it and all are feeling its after mark. Hetal fainted and all rushed to her aide and when Jigar came to help, his father stopped him. Kokila rushed and got water an sprinkle it on her and felt her moved but weak and asked both Chirag and Parag to take her to her room.
Rashi felt hurt by Jigar's words and rushed to her room and called her mum and told her what happened but as usual she told Rashi to not sign the divorce papers. She nodded her head and lay on the bed crying and wondered what to do now.
Meanwhile Jigar was left alone in the living room and was distrouted and felt bad for his mum but now he does not know how to solve this. Either way someone will get hurt but he did not want his mum to suffer.
Well whilst Jigar's life is turning upside down, Ahem and Gopi were enjoying each other and talking about what's being happening in each other's life since their separation. " Ahemji, that day at the shrine when you came looking for me, I honestly thought your will figure out it was me in the burka. Am sorry for leaving you like that but at that time I could not understand your feelings nor do I know how to express mine to you. It was all down to my immaturity.
" Gopi please don't say that, even I was unable to understand your feelings or express mine even though I was mature. So you see the fault lies with both of us for not being open to each other but I will take the blame complete as it was I who had a problem initially but I assure you from now on I intend on knowing my gaw... sorry beautiful wife so my dear wife lets forget about the past and tell me all your likes and dislikes. I know I know your priority of likes is ...Ahemji." He smirked whilst teasing her and suddenly his phone rings. "Your darling husband is heartrobe and that's why the late calls, he added smiling but stopped when the caller asked him to come quickly as it's urgent.
At the Singhania house, Sanjay was thinking of what Sara told her and found more truth in it and felt he acted like a fool but now he want to apologize to her as he misunderstood her but above all he fell more in love with her and now that he realised that she was his sister's support and guide all this time, his trust in her raise to a higher level considering he know what she, Sara has been through and did not hide anything from him. Yes he let his ego and hatred for Ahem consume him but like Sara said even Ahem has been tested enough. He was led to marry someone he did not love for his mum so basicly that says a lot that he values parents and now that he loves his sister will do anything to protect her. He should call on them and get to know her sister a lot.
He found him in his room crying and felt his pain and quietly locked the door and tap on his shoulders and calling his name in a nery concern manner. " Jigar!".
Jigar swung around and hug his brother crying uncontrollably. " Please Jigar get a grip of yourself and I know what it means to loose the one you love. Listen I know Rashi has hurt your feeling badly but you fell for her unconditionally and it will take time for you to really come to terms with the whole thing."
" No bhai it's not her it's me." holding tightly on to him leaving Ahem more confused but giving his support all the while. " Bhai I've hurt our parents a lot today especially mumand due to me she fainted and papa will not let me near her but what can I do I did not mean for it to happen but I really love her bhai and now it's difficult to explain to the family".
" Jigar what do you mean kaki fainted and why did you not call me earlier. I don't understand and you are not making any sense. Fine you love Rashi and it ok to feel that way after all you have been married for a year now and..."
" No bhai not Rashi but..amm.. oh I should have told you but at that time I was confused with the bhabi leaving and all due to Rashi and when I met her bhai it just happened."
"Listen Jigar tell me exactly what happened and who are you in love with" Ahem questioned narrowing his eyes and dreading his brother's answer
"Kajal" he said and not daring to look at Ahem and waited for him to explode on him. " You are kidding me right, please tell me it's a joke Jigar. Sanjay's sister and Gopi's step sister" Ahem was now laughing as he found the whole thing amusing and Jigar taught his brother is loosing it.
" That's not not possible Jigar, you are married and you know very well our parent will not allow a divorce in the family no matter the case and what about Rashi, will she agree to it. Not in a million years and how did kaki found out and stop telling me in riddles but the whole truth."
Jigar narrated the whole thing to him how he felt when he first met Kajal and what exactly happened with him and Rashi and how Rashi hates Gopi and finally how Chirag saw him and Kajal. " So you bhai I can't be with Rashi any more and what do you mean the family will not accept a divorce but you were going to divorce bhabi and even after everything they tried to convince you, you stayed adamant but in my case they think am being unfair to Rashi and that's why they are supporting but enough bhai, I was waiting until such time when you find bhabi and will expose Rashi and her mum. Yes I know maa will be hurt in the process but that should ease her pain knowing i've moved on".
Ahem was dump founded and sat on the bed after hearing Jigar especially how Rashi manipulated his wife and even wants him dead. " This is not only going to destroy kaki but Gopi as well Jigar, that girl still believes her sister to be a saint. She has been through a lot but I also know it's best for her to see the real Rashi and her maami but I honestly want us to conseal the truth from our family. If you are really sure that you have no feelings for Rashi and wants a divorce then I think I have a plan to make her agree and at the same time Gopi will find her family's true nature. I only pity maamaji. So please in the main time let us get kaki well and then execute our plan and as for Kajal it's a tough job but we will conquer all.
