Ahem re- read the message and could not believe his eyes as he suddenly stamped on the brakes causing the tyres to screech halting in the middle of the road. He was inhaling heavily as she he thought she always cared for him but love, he did not think she understood the feeling of love but then she is now well acquainted with the world. A truck hornking loudly alerted him of his position and quickly accelerated the car at high speed not caring abour the thunderous rain pouring heavily on his car windscreen making it difficult to see. Since Ahem left Gopi has been reeling on what happened between them. She now knew her feelings for husband won't die away. The first time she saw him, her jaw dropped thinking how frail and skinny he has become and felt sad for him but today all her emotion to be with him came flowing down on her. The moment their hands touched, she trembled and her eyes saw that he too felt the heat brewing between them and then the hug she did not want to let go as all her emotions were pouring down. She was happy with excitement and wanted to cry at the same time and the soft kiss on her forehead which made her tremble and was expecting more but was disappointed and understood that he too wanted more but was not going to rush them and she wanted to just text and thanked him for coming but ended up texting " I LOVE YOU AHEMJI" and then suddenly realized that someone is calling her name and was a bit shaken as she was all by herself and due to the thunderous sound could not tell who or see properly from the window and decided to down and check as it might be the guard trying to warn her but as soon as she opened the entrance door and saw Ahem drenching in the rain, her pulse seems to stop for a while and stirred at him only to see that he has both of his arms spread out and shouted " I LOVE YOU TOO GOPI". She bolted from there and was in his arms within seconds of his declaration. She was crying uncontrollably and told him how scared she was as she was by herself
He hug her tightly and lifted her of the ground and twirled her around in excitement and after a while put her to the ground and still held on to her tightly saying " you stole my line Gopi as I should have said that to you long ago when I first realized that am deeply in love with my gawar wife but my ego would not let me have you easily and for that I have to make us both suffer and no more Gopi no more.
"Ahemji we will get ill standing here so please can we go inside and you have to take care of your health too". Once inside, she compose herself and said " please use the guest room and change in the bathroom robe there and i will see if I can manage to get you something to wear. You can then come for tea. They had there tea in silence but were constantly looking at each other trying to make a normal conversation in order to focus their mind on each other rather than how they are feeling. As the tension of the impeccable was rising Ahem excused himself and said he has an early appointment and left to bed. They both decided he will use the guest room as he did not want her by herself.
Since meeting Kajal, Jigar has not comprehended his feeling for her. He thinks of her all the time wondering what where she is up to or how she feels about him. One day he decided to get to know her better and asked her out but was broken hearted as she refused flatly saying she is seeing someone and they were on their way to watch a movie at The Galaxy. Jigar did not know what came over him as he would not take her refusal lightly cause he felt she too likes him and that her brother may have warned her not to see him as he is married.
He jumped into his car and headed for the location and found her seated next to a spoilt brat who could not see the displeasure in kajal when he tried to put his dirty hand around her shoulders as she constantly removed them. When her efforts did not work she got up and left and was follow by the bunch of embeciles he thought and followed them. What was happening in their jeep he does not know but saw the car coming to a sudden halt and Kajal stormed out and slammed the door so hard it shook and ran off in tears. The others came down too and the brat followed in her direction. Jigar sense danger for Kajal and drove off in pursuit and witness that he was being violent and on top of her as she struggled to wage him off. He could watch no further and parked his car angrily and grab the man by his collar and punch him hard he fell on his stomach and warned him to stay away from Kajal and grab her hand and shove her to his car and speed of looking sternly on the road and trying hard not to focus on the scene he witnessed and what would have happened to her if he was not there. He did not glance at her once for the whole ride and stopped the car at her gate and came round and drag her out and pushed her to the car door and pressed into her to feel his agitation and then vented his anger saying " you refused to go out with me to be with that brat and what were you thinking wearing this type of dress for your date. You invited trouble Kajal and and..." he pursed seeing her crying and completely broken, he loosen his grip on one hand and raised her head and started to wipe her tears as they are causing him pain. She started to whale and threw herself in his arms which made him stiffened at her first touch on him was having a dangerous effect on him. When he felt her sobs dying down, he cup her face and looked into her eyes and they were mesmerizing felt her shiver as he was stroking her cheek and then let her go and took his jacket and covered her tored clothes and escorted her to the gate and left and new he has to have her in his life but first he needs to sort out his current situation.
The thought of Rashi's betrayal kept hurting him and now he can't stand to be in the same room as her. He could not believe that he once fell for her and now only has hatre for her. When he opened his room door she was on the phone as usual with her favorite person in the world ( her mum ). She immediately hung up and started throwing accusations at him for not believing her that she had nothing to do with Gopi leaving and it been two years now and he has been giving her grieve.
" Enough Rashi enough, I've been hearing the same thing for the past two years and no changes in your attitude towards me or my family. You were omly interested in my family fortune and done nothing for this family as a daughter-in-law would. The only person that matters to you is your mum and looking good and nothing else in family matters. You rejoice when my family is in pain and is unhappy when we succeed so tell me what type of a wife are you. I've decided that I want a divorce from you as we both are miserable and have different values in life. " Jigarji how can you say that to your wife. Am not the reasons that Gopi left but Ahemji so if you want to blame anyone then it's your brother. Also I will not sign on divorce papers and yes I married you for money but you are penniless as everything belongs to Ahemji so I curse myself when I knew you have nothing compared to your brother. You see Jigarji I should have done my kalakari on Ahemji and then he would not have married that gawar Gopi. You know better the Modi's will not let a divorce in their family and no matter what or where I live I will be your wife and since Gopi has left Ahemji soon you will be in control of the Modi Empire as Ahemji's health is failing daily and who knows might drop dead one of these days and you will be the only Modi son and I the only bahu to rule this family".
Jigar slapped her so hard that she fell to the floor and yell at her" how dare you wish death on my brother. You are a monster in an angle face disguise Rashi but not in my wildest dream did I think you will stoop this low and how can you think evil of your sister, who loves you unconditionally, saved you from kakiji and all your mistakes. Tell me Rashi why you hate her so much".

Ahem lay on his bed and wondered what happened with them.One minute they were in each other's arms and the next they were strangers again in each other's company. He sudden felt tense and found his thought wishing Jigar was there for him to seek advice. He is worried for Jigar as his happiness will affect Jigar with his marriage. Since the incident in Delhi he has been rude to Jigar as he missed his opportunity to find Gopi then and blamed him irresponsibly and that put a strain on their newly found friendship and brotherhood. He has been selfish and not once thought of the pain Jigar is facing for he cared a lot for Gopi since marriage and supported her and it affected him dearly and now his marriage to Rashi is on the rocks and rather than being a supportive big brother, he became a selfish brat looking for his happiness only and now that he found her want to share it with Jigar but how when his phone is unreachable." I will have to make amends with my brother as he was the only one that trusted,supported and helped me through these two years of hell and now it's my duty and responsibility to do the same for him. I will find him happiness even if it's at the bottom of the ocean after all he is my blood brother".
Ahem was so engrossed in his thoughts of Jigar to realised that Gopi has knocked and when there was no answer entered his room wearing a laced green night wear and was holding a glass of portion for his sneezing. He slowly but sure removed all her jewelry and dupatta and planting kisses at each exposed skin.
