Two of the Modi's are very unhappy. Rashi is unhappy seeing the changed relationship between Ahem and Gopi and thinking her chances of staying in the MM are slim and getting slimmer as the days go by, none of her Mom's kalakari would work anymore.
Meanwhile Kinjle is unaware that Urmiben know Umang and is advising Umang to produce a fake Pregnancy report and some way talk Kinjle into using the report to break the engagement and ruin the Modi's by revealing that Kinjle was trying to pass her child as Elesh's.
It's been four weeks since GoHam remarriage, and of course they act like the newlyweds. Gopi still giving Ahem her shy smiles, unable to keep her eyes off him and Ahem has turned very romantic for his wife, he is constantly touching her, trying to flirt with her in front of the family, bringing her small gift every day.
One night he surprised her by saying he was taking her to the doctor next day. She questioned him as to why, she was feeling fine, he, says to her he wants her to talk to a therapist about her nightmares. She replies by saying, but I haven't had any nightmares lately. He gives her a naughty look and says hmm.. I wonder why, she flushes bright red and he laughs, she pretends to be mad at him and walk away from him and goes to stand by the window. He comes up behind her and puts his arms around her and bends down to put his face against hers and says I am sorry I couldn't resist, I love to see you turn pink.
Then he holds her tightly and says seriously though you should still see the doctor, so we are going tomorrow, no arguments. She turns and hugs him tightly and says I love you.
Ahem couldn't believe what he heard, he raises her face and says to her say it again, she smiles with tears in her eyes and says I love you, he wipes her tears and says thank you so much for giving me a second chance, you don't know how long I have waited for you to say those words, even though I knew you loved me. He kisses her forehead and cradles her face in his hands and says I love you too, and they share a very tender kiss that quickly turns in to a passionate one, he then carries her to the bed and shows her how much he loves her.

Next day they leave early to see the doctor, Gopi asks Ahem to stay with her while she was with the doctor and he agrees. After talking about her nightmares Gopi felt much better and the doctor suggested some relaxation technique to use when she is unable to sleep or if she has nightmares. He also suggested she get a complete physical while she was there.
Ahem takes her to the medical doctor for a complete physical. The doctor asks them to wait for the reports. Gopi is waiting outside while Ahem was talking to the doctor when she sees her mami talking to someone, she goes near there and see that it's the guy from the Jewelry shop, she gets curious she gets behind a pillar to listen to their conversation, see hears them talk and find out what they were planning to do with the fake pregnancy report and how they were going to ruin the Modi parivar. She is shocked her mami would do something like this, she moves away from there before they can spot her and goes and waits for Ahem.
Ahem was with the doctor who was telling him that his wife was in perfect health and that he also had good news for them. The doctor tells Ahem that Gopi is pregnant and he needed take good care of her from now on. Ahem was so happy to hear this, and thinking she is going to be mad that the doctor told him first, he couldn't wait to take her home and tell her.
When he comes out he couldn't keep the smile off his face, but she looked tensed and worried, he goes over to her and says are you OK? Did something happen?
Gopi looks at him and thinks I can't say anything to him yet, he will lose his temper and god knows what he will do; she had to talk to Kinjle first. She says I am ok, can we go home now. He looks at her and knows she is hiding something, but he will wait till they get home to find out, besides he was too happy.

Back at the MM Kinjle is tensed and worried. She hears a knock on her door, she looks up to see Gopi standing there, glares at Gopi and says what do you want? Gopi goes in the room and says Kinjleben is everything OK; do you not want to marry Eleshji?
Kinjle gets mad and says that's none of your business, just because bhai married you and accepted you don't mean you can interfere in my life.
Gopi tries to reason with her and says I know that but Ahemji took me to the doctor today and I wanted to tell you about the conversation I heard between my mama and the guy name Umang who was at the shop that day, it was the same guy I saw that day when the thief broke into our house.
Kinjle gets shocked and says shut up, you don't know what you are talking about, your are so stupid you probably don't even know what you heard, and I already told you to mind your own business, before I get you in trouble with bhai and mom again.
Gopi looks at her in shock, Kinjle says what you don't think I can do it, well I have in the past you know, it was me who ordered the 5 lakh necklace in your name and told bhai how you ordered it.
Ahem who was coming to find Gopi heard the whole thing and shouted Kinjle!, both Gopi and Kinjle turned toward the door to see him standing there with temper in his eyes, fist clenched, he slowly walks in the room, both Kinjle and Gopi gets scarred, Ahem moves toward Kinjle to slap her but Gopi hold his arm and stop him.
He turns towards Gopi, but seeing her scared calms him down immediately, he takes her hand in his and turns towards Kinjle, meanwhile hearing Ahem shout Koki had also come to the door, she comes in the room and closes the door and goes towards them and asks them what happened, why was Ahem shouting.
Ahem tells her what he heard Kinjle say to Gopi, Koki is shocked to hear this and says Kinjle I knew you did little things to create misunderstanding between Ahem and Gopi , but I can't believe you would do this, Gopi never did anything to you. I know Anita was your friend why would you go to this extreme to separate them.
Ahem replies and says mom this stupid girl, pointing to Kinjle, doesn't even know that Anita was only using her just like she was using me, he turns to Kinjle and says it's the truth, Kinjle only reason she wanted to marry me was for our money and Modi name and I didn't find out until Gopi was already out of the house.
Kinjle is shocked to hear this, and thinks back and thinks what If Umang was doing the same thing, and she remembered Gopi had come to tell her about something she heard at the hospital. She turns to Ahem and says I am sorry bhai I didn't know and now I've made things worse.
Koki and Ahem looks at her confused. Kinjle turns towards Gopi and says I am so sorry bhabhi, I didn't know, I didn't think you would make bhai happy that's why I did all those things please forgive me. Gopi hugs Kinjle and say it's Ok you didn't know, but you need to fix the other things now, you need to tell Ahemji and maji rest of the things. She takes Kinjle to bed sits her down and offers her water, she wipes Kinjles tears and encourages her tell them
Kinjle turn towards Ahem and Koki and starts telling them about all the things that has happened, she tell s them about the black mailer and Umang and how he wants her to run away with him, but now realizing that Umang is just using her like Anita was using Ahem.
Both Ahem and Koki are looking at Kinjle with shock, Kinjle turn towards Gopi and says what you heard at the Hospital, please tell me.
Gopi tells them how she heard Urmi talking to Umang about the fake pregnancy report, and how they were going to send one copy to MM and the other to the Mehta's so the engagement would be broken.
Koki is mad and looking at Kinjle, and says how could you do this? This is not how I brought you up. She turns towards Ahem and says what are we going to do? Ahem turns to his mom and says first we can't tell rest of the family, because if Rashi finds out she will tell Urmi and before they could talk to Mehta's she will ruin the whole thing. Gopi and I will go talk to the Mehta's and explain everything to them, and Kinjle will also have to talk to Eleshji and apologize and let him decided whether he still wants to marry her or not, but that is if she wants to marry him.
Kinjle looks at Ahem and says bhai I am so sorry for hurting you please forgive me and if Eleshji still accepts me after hearing the whole story then yes I will marry him.
Kinjle don't think I am doing this for you, I am only doing this for mom and the family name, I may never forgive you for what you did to Gopi, and he leaves from there.
Koki also looking at Kinjle says I am with Ahem on this, I am appalled at your behavior, my Gopi vahu may forgive you but it will take me long time to forgive you for what you did to them, she also leaves from there.
Kinjle turns towards Gopi and starts sobbing in her arms, Gopi hugs her and says don't worry Kinjleben everything will be alright, now that we know everything, we can fix it, just relax. She stays with Kinjle until she calms down and rest.
Part 27
Back in GoHam room, Ahem is standing by the window thinking about the day he had found out about the necklace and everything else and how he had slapped Gopi, tears were running down his face, he wouldn't be able to face her after this, he was looking at his right hand, the hand he had slapped her with and was about to put it thru the window, when he felt her arms slip around him from behind.
He closed his eyes in pain, even now she won't let him punish himself, and he couldn't face her. Gopi holds him tightly and lays her head on his back and says to him please forget about it, it's all in the past, what happened was not anyone's fault, but now everything is ok.
He finally turn toward her and walks her towards the bed, he sits her down and kneels down and lays his head in her lap. She runs her hand thru his hair. He says to her how can look at you, sorry is not enough for what I did to you that day and all the things I said to you after that.
She bends down and take his face in her hands and makes him look at her and says there is nothing to forgive, all those things were out past, there is no room in our life now for regrets, I have already replaced all those bad memories with all the good ones you have showered me with in the past month.
Now we need to think about how to save Kinjleben and our family.
They hear Koki speaking from behind saying didn't I tell you Ahem she was one in a million, they both look up to see Koki standing there smiling at them, Gopi tries to get up, but Ahem stops her he looks up at his mom and says you are right she is one in a million, and do you know what she has done lately?
They both look at him confuse, he continues by saying when we were at the hospital she also got a complete check up and I was shocked to hear the news I received from the doctor.
Gopi starts flushing, because she knew what was coming, the cat was out the bag now, she already knew she is pregnant; she had been feeling the nausea in the morning for few days now.
He looks at her flushing face and says you knew and you didn't tell me, I had to find out from the doctor. He turns towards Koki and realizes she also knew, he starts frowning at them and say, I wanted to surprise you both but you already know.
Koki looks at them and says she didn't tell me, but I knew, she has been skipping breakfast for few days, she turns towards Gopi and says you have been felling sick in the morning, Gopi nods her head yes.
Ok, no more skipping breakfast, ear something salty first thing in the morning that will help with the nausea, Gopi still flushing says Ji maji. Koki blesses Gopi and says come down and in little while so Ahem can give the good news to the family and leaves from there.
Ahem turns towards Gopi and says thank you for giving me and my mom this happiness, I will cherish you always for loving me and my family.
Gopi says to him thank you for loving me back and giving me a wonderful family to love, they hug each other.
After a while Gopi and Ahem go down where everyone was sitting in the hall talking about the wedding. Ahem goes towards Baa and says guess what Baa I have some good news for you.
Baa promptly answers him and says I know, I am going to be a great grandmother, Ahem felt like a deflated balloon he looks at his mom and Gopi accusingly, Baa smiles and tell his they didn't tell her Heatal vahu told me, Ahem turns towards Hetal and say Kakiji you also knew, she smiles at him and says yes Ahem dikra I also knew.
Ahem looks at the family and say was I the last one to find out? They all laugh at his expression then Jigar say don't worry bhai I didn't know until just announced it , he goes over to hug Ahem and says congratulations bhai and turns towards Gopi and says you too bhabhi, who flushes. Rashi just looked mad and rolled her eyes.
Jigar says how are we going to celebrate the good news, Koki looks at him and says don't worry Jigar Gopi vahu has prepared a special dish today, I believe she was going to make her announcement to Ahem today but got side tracked, Gopi gets embarrassed and leaves from there.
Later that night Gopi and Ahem are talking, and were trying to decide how they were going to talk to the Mehta's. Ahem says to her that he had already made few discreet inquires about Umang's activities, he spoke to Eleshji on the phone and told him they were going to go see them the next day, that they had something important to discuss.
Gopi who had her head on Ahem's chest looks up at him and says, when did you do all this? He says to her after dinner when I was waiting for you to finish in the kitchen. He looks at her and thinks she looked so beautiful with the pregnancy glow on her face. She smiles at him and says what are you thinking about? He looks at her and says you. He then says to her you need to go to sleep, you need your rest, doctors orders and don't stress over Kinjle it will all work out, he turns the light out so she could go to sleep, it would be long time before he is able to sleep.
