However, fans have started noticing a visible dip in his screen time on recent episodes — a sentiment echoed by Baseer’s cousin brother, Adeed Zaan, in an exclusive chat with India Forums.

Talking about Baseer's journey so far, Adeed shared,
"Journey toh bahut badiya rahi hai bhai ki humare. He has been doing good since day 1. Efforts toh saare top notch thhe unke abhi tak bhi woh dikh rahe hai har jagah par. Unke points kaafi saaf hote hai and stands bhi woh hamesha lete hai and every possible way unko better portray karne ka aur real rehne ki koshish rehti hai unki in every way. Jaise woh real life mein hai waise hi. Kahi logo ne kaha ke woh gaali bahut dete hai, I agree. But woh genuine hai."

Despite Baseer’s active participation and leadership in the house, fans and close observers have pointed out that many of his important moments are not making it to the main episodes. When asked about the recent drop in screen time and the buzz around Baseer's footage being cut, Adeed did not hold back.

He said, "Footage ki baat true bol sakte hai because the clips which we see on the 24 hour live feed, quite evident hai ke unke jo significant moments hai, Jo unke leadership ke thhe, fights ke, Nehal ke sath unke patch up ke tha, wo sab trim hue hai aur woh present hi nahi kiya gaya main episode mein. Maine notice kia hai jab bhi bhi main free hota hoon ghar mein main bhi aur Baseer ki mummy bhi live dekhte hai feed. Aur hume wo chiz dikhti hai.''

''Unka editing process kya hoga content ka we have no idea, however, we believe that every contestant should have a good time on screen. Baseer bhai is genuinely doing good and unke efforts saare nazar aarahe hai. Jaise weekend ka vaar jo last episode tha usme over all one hour ten minutes ka jo episode tha usme 2 se 3 minute ka unka footage time tha, usme bhi unhone jo content dia hai woh meaningful diya hai, with maturity and clarity. Aur meri hi baat nahi hai, fans ke perspective se bhi main baat kar raha hoon, Main unke official social media handles manage karta hoon, mujhe kahi saare messages aate hai ke bhai he is doing best , ye sab feed mein aaraha hai par episode mein nahi. Even reviewers like Manu Panjabi and many others have said that this is happening. Main agar mera perspective bolta toh shayad alag thi but it is not just me,'' he further added.

"I have no idea about it because I have never been in this situation before. Mujhe toh andaza bhi nahi hai iss cheez ka, I am not able to understand. Baseer bhai toh contribute pura kar rahe hai but I feel other contestants ka jyda content hoga then, I feel like. Lekin sincerely makers ko main chahta hoon acknowledge kare mera ye concern that not just Baseer bhai but every contestant who deserves to be shown, please do that."
