SHOT-6
"Everything is fair in'."
Aham stopped all of a sudden when Gopi looked at him puzzled and before they could think of anything else, the wheel started to move and the very next moment he felt her holding on to him.
They heard giggling sounds and then they made notice of two children sitting opposite to them.
"aunty' you are so big..still you're afraid of this wheel??" They said giggling.
Aham couldn't hold his laughter and joined them while Gopi glared at Aham. The wheel started to rotate faster and Gopi hid herself in Aham's arms closing her eyes. As it stopped, Aham slowly asked her to open her eyes.
She slowly opened her eyes and looked at him and then noticed the position they were in. She opened her mouth to shout but then Aham closed her mouth by placing his hand and signaled her to look at the kids.
They wheel halted when they were at the top most point. From the top, they could watch whole of the park but Gopi kept her eyes closed holding on to Aham's arms tightly.
When they reached the bottom to get down, Gopi jumped off the box quickly and ran from there. Aham joined her soon laughing.
"You..stupid..idiot'." She ran after him as he ran away.
Finally she got hold of him and raised her hand to hit his arm when he signaled her to turn her head. Out of curiosity she did and then she saw a ropeway kind of thing.
"Toh chalein'" He asked and got a nod in reply.
They got into one cubicle and there was no one except for both of them. They were just enjoying the sight below them and Gopi called for him all of a sudden as Aham was on the other side.
Aham joined her by circling her from back. She showed him various things which seem to amaze her and then it stopped. Gopi turned her face and noticed how close both of them were.
His hands were on the glass just beside his and his breath was almost fanning her neck and had she turned her face a little more she would meet his lips for sure.
Her heart started racing at their sudden closeness while Aham on the other hand was enjoying the feel of her close to him. They remained in the same position till they were at the bottom and heard a knock indicating to get down.
They weren't able to face each other for next few minutes and everything was back to normal when they were to get into the Merry-Columbus.
He knew how much Gopi loved it from his past experiences of going out with her and he couldn't afford to lose this one which always excited her. He was lost in gazing at her glowing face that he failed to notice that Gopi had pulled him to sit in the last one.
At the end there was place for only two of them to sit and once it started he could only pray to God to save him. He always got nervous on this one god knows why and she knew this.
This ride was always his payback for taking her into Ferris-wheel. He passed a glaring look to Gopi who was thoroughly enjoying his scary expressions.
"Seems like someone is having real fun"
She giggled looking at him.
"Gopiii just wait till he get down' you're going to pay for this.."
He said angrily.
He was busy shouting back at her that he failed to notice that it had started to move down and he lost his balance causing him to grab hold of her for steadying himself.
"Ahamm"
She said and held on to his arm soothing him.
He felt awesome when he saw her concerned filled eyes and holding on to him tightly as if giving him the support that she was there for him always.
The rest of the ride didn't bother him much as he looked at her and her alone while she enjoyed the ride with him beside her.
After this ride, they got into few others, ate candy like kids recalling their childhood memories and shared their thoughts.
Time flew by and it was already 10:30 p.m. so they started to go home. The ride to the home was silent as both of them were basking in the thoughts about the other. Somehow they felt that the other knew that they are just made for each other and it's a fact they could nothing about but agree upon.
It's high time they let each other know about their feelings although it wasn't that necessary as they could silent communicate it through their eyes and that's' what they did whole through out the evening.
They reached home and went in together. They walked till their rooms and gave one last glance to each other before walking in. However, Gopi came after him as he was about to close the door.
"What happened Gopi?"
He asked her surprised.
"I just needed to thank you for the evening. I had great fun."
She said fidgeting with her dupatta happiness evident in her voice.
"My pleasure Gopi' I had fun equally."
Aham said equally happy.
"So.."
She said hoping he would start any topic.
"So.."
He said imitating her.
"Hmm I guess it's already quite late' kal mehendi ki rasam hai'I better leave now"
Gopi said turning to walk away.
"Gopiii"
He called out with a voice filled with love that Gopi stood rooted where she was closing her eyes.
He came closer to her and stood behind her, his breath fanning her neck. Gopi couldn't open her eyes. Her senses were going out of control. She could feel his face moving dangerously close to hers and then'.

Aham felt bad when he saw her retreating form. He would cherish this day forever n ever n ever' although he had spent numerous moments with her yet he felt today was something special.
Verbally they didn't communicate their feelings but definitely their hearts did spend the sparks of love to each other for the first time ever. He just wanted to make this day more special'

He closed the distance between them, her back hitting his chest. He noticed that her eyes were closed and then his face inched closer to hers, pressing his lips on her cheek caressing them.
For a moment there were in complete bliss. He let his lips stay in the same position for some more time. A sudden honk of the car indicating the rest of gang was back broke their trance.
Gopi opened her eyes in shock and she felt him whisper with his lips on her ears.
"Good night"
She ran away from there not even replying back. Aham ran his hand through his hair before dropping on bed recalling the day's events. Once she was back in her room she fell on bed hugging her teddy.
Was it for real?? Or was she dreaming????
Did Aham kiss her????
She looked at her teddy confused and then went to sleep hugging it.
