Next morning she got ready and went downstairs to help with preparations. Her eyes were searching for a glance of him everywhere but in vain.
She got to know from Jigar that he went somewhere due to small work assigned to him.
Gopi got disappointed. She spent the day helping Kokila and Hetal who didn't miss her frustration and exchanged knowing smiles.
It was evening and the mehendi rasam was about to start in an hour so Gopi went to get ready.
She took out a blue lehenga and got ready. She was looking stunning.
She came out of her room and bumped straight into Aham who was trying to adjust the dupatta of his sherwani'He left the cloth and caught Gopi who was about to fall.
Their eyes locked together sending each other signals that were looking awesome' He made her stand on her feet without shifting his eyes from hers from a second and then placed a quick kiss on her forehead.
Gopi looked at him shockingly while he gave her a ready to kill smirk and left from there. She was shocked to see such response from Aham.
She knew he loved her ever since she loved him as she exactly doesn't know when she started loving him. It was quite natural for them.
She met Urmila who told her to check whether the dancers and girls who put mehendi arrived. Gopi went downstairs and after confirming that everything was ready she turned but then she got bumped into someone again.
Needless to say it was Aham again'.He looked at her flashing ever so charming smile. She sensed that something was fishy as he was behaving abnormally.
She looked at him frowning. He quickly pecked her lips causing the frown to be replaced with a shock.
"You'll get your answers very soon dear'"
He closed her mouth before winking at her and leaving from there.
Her shock then replaced with a smile. She somehow felt sure that she'd get her answers today. She felt he'd finally let her know his feelings through his mouth and not through his heart as always.
She stood there smiling while Urmila came and asked her to check whether Kinjal was ready.
So, she went to Kinjal's room.. She saw Rashi and Kinjal chatting happily. As soon as she walked in they started singing'

"Haan di'ab bas' mom dad ne aapko graduation ke liye unke ghar bhi bhej diya taaki aap dono ek doosre ek saath waqt bitaaye aur.. lekin aap dono' pyaar hote huye bhi aisa pretend karte ho jaise kuch hua hi nahin ho'" Rashi whined in
A smile appeared on Gopi's face recalling those days but she kept her face stern'.
"Arre' yeh kya zabardasti hai'" Gopi said angrily about to walk away.
"Rukh Gopi' ye sab chod' tujhe yaad haina' tumne dare chuna tha parson jab humne game khela lekin mom ke wajah se disturb hogaya' toh ab mein usse waste nahin karna chahthe'tumhe kuch karna hoga" Kinjal gave Gopi a naughty smile.
Gopi eyed Kinjal suspiciously.
"Tujhe apna dil ka haal'sab ke saamne bayaan karna hoga'. Sab ke samne' not to forget specially Aham'.." Kinjal winked at Gopi.
Kinjal and Rashi emotionally blackmailed her to play truth and dare with them and she couldn't help but give in. She never thought that the two devils would get her into this'
She sent daggers through her eyes to both them before stomping away angrily. Ignoring her looks, both the girls shared a hi-5.
She somehow felt Aham too was involved in this'If he wants her to let her feelings out then she would'.

Elesh's family came and were given a warm welcome by the family. Kinjal was brought down by Gopi and Rashi and they got her seated while the music started. They were getting Mehendi done on their hands.
The lights dimmed off and there were forms of a group of girls ready to perform. Gopi started off.

The dancers continued dancing. Everyone was having fun. The lights suddenly went off but there was still faint light due to candles here and there. There was panic going on so Gopi started to sing'.

She closed her eyes thinking of Aham then she sensed something on her hand but didn't bother much'. Her eyes still remained closed''

She felt his breath close to her ear and then felt him kiss her cheek.

Her heart raced as she felt him very near him and opened her eyes all of a sudden but she couldn't find anyone and then the lights turned on'. So she brushed off her thoughts thinking it was her dream.

The girls danced in the centre pulling Rashi who danced along with them

Then it was the turn of Kinjal who circled Elesh dancing with the girls.

The girls came to Gopi standing on both sides beside her and then she lifted her head to see a clear image of his form looking dashing as ever but with a goofy smile on his face which added more charm to his features.

He seemed to be extremely pleased with something which Gopi failed to understand. Before she could think about it much she was dragged to dance.

Circling around, Gopi got some mehendi on her lehenga so she went upstairs to wash it off so that it wouldn't stain. She thought of washing her hands off as the mehendi dried long back. She had washed her hands and then wiped with towel.
She was shocked to see the color of deep maroon even she had it jus for an hour or even less and upon closer inspection she noticed something or rather could make out something which made her rooted to ground.
