Characters in Saath Phere...

Hi All,

I Just read a message where somebody had said that there are so many characters in Saath Phere... So I thought I will give a general idea of the characters... and who plays them.

So here goes...

The heroine or the main protogonist of the show is Saloni (Played by Rajshri Thakur). She is a little dark in complexion, because of which she is insulted at home by her younger sister Shubra and sister-in-law Kaveri.

Saloni's dad is Narpat (Played by Mohan Bhandari)... Anybody who has seen TV during the Golden DD days will know him... he had also acted in a serial, Parampara during the time that Zee started... Coincidentally, he played Neena Gupta's elder brother in that serial I think).
Narpat's wife is Ambika.

Narpat with Manno Bhabhi (his Bhabhi)

Rakesh Bapat plays Neel... Saloni's Best Friend... and her love... He loves her and she loves him... but neither of them tell the other that they love them... He is a singer who is brought up by aapji.

Aapji (Neel's caretaker) is played by the actor who played the forensic expert in CID ... ACP Pradyuman's friend..

Manno Bhabhi... Narpat's Bhabhi and Saloni's Taiji..

So the family basically comprises of Narpat, his wife Ambika, eldest daughter Saloni followed by a son Samar(initially played by Anand Suryavanshi.. and now played by the guy who was Anish in KKR), younger daughter Shubra (Played by a new actress). Samar later marries Kaveri, the daughter of Chaudary(played by the actor who was Amar Marathe in Dhadkan ... the serial and who playes Milee's uncle in Miilee)

Apart from the imm family, Narpat's family comprises of his unmarried younger sister Gayatri bua sa(Sadia Siddiqui... who was Priya in BAB) and Manno bhabhi... Narpat's bhabhi(Neena Gupta).

Apart from this, in their family, there is a new driver... who is gonna play a major role in future I guess... he is paired with Gayatri bua sa.

Now to Neel and his family... and friends...

Neel is Saloni's best friend from childhood (Played by Rakesh Bapat). Neel has lost his parents at a very young age... and he is brought up by his aapji. Neel and his parents are musicians... and are so hated by Ambika, Saloni's mom.

Neel later on goes to Mumbai and sings for this lady called Rewa(played by Shweta Kawatra)... Rewa has an assistant called Mandy(Played by the bhabhi from Mansha).

Now to Nahar's family...

This is Nahar Singh whom Saloni marries

Brijesh Thakur(Akshay Anand) - Elder brother of Nahaar

Tara (Ashlesha, Tisha of Kyunki) - Wife of Brijesh

This is Tara

Nahar (Sharad Kelkar aka rudr of Sinndoor)

Aditi - Nahar's elder sister. She is married... and her hubby is played by the guy who plays Satya in Saarthi..

Bebo (Surekha Sikri... aka Richa, Ritu and Riya's Mom from BAB) is Nahar's mom/grandmom... am not sure.

Pia - Nahar's youngest sister... played by Amrita.

Shaan - Aditi's son.

Apart from this, we have this guy called Karan in the show... who is paired with Shubra...

as the story is just unfolding we are introduced to lots of characters. we will get used to them after a while😛

am so happy to see a former Kashishite in Saat Phere. How r u doing? I miss our Kashish Forum a lot, especially Sharmila. Hope all's well with her. I am getting ready for Christmas. I dont have to deal with the snow like the East Coast and the Midwest - but I do miss my white Christmases.

Yesterday's episode was so & so good and Nahar played a wow role really its too good. When tax people came & arrested the daddy of Saloni in front of Nahar & family, so Nahar's brother was totally refused for marrying his brother with Saloni. But Nahar, Tara, Bhabho all said to Nahar's Brother no there is no Saloni's father fault, there is some reason behind it. And Nahar wow. I have no words to explain & to say that Nahar u r so good.

And I hope that in ur real life u will be the same.
