Nahar got ill while he was hugging Saloni in front of the family. Varun took off the light and saloni and Vurun rushed him into the hospital. Varun was treating Nahar (I believe he was really ill)

However I could not see part 3 of the video but in the precap after part 2 they showed Varun and a woman in a rocking chair - I wonder if it is Jiji.
