Rajshree Thakur's pregnancy caused her to quit Saat Phere?

Last week we were the first ones to break the news of the makers of Zee's super hit serial Saat Phere and their lead actress Saloni aka Rajshree Thakur parting ways. Now we have found out the latest development on this front.

Our sources reveal, "The makers are not taking the risk of changing Saloni by roping in another actress to play her part. Rajshree Thakur was the face of Saloni and was very popular. Getting in another actress to play her part will result in the same slump in the TRPs just like Ekta Kapoor's Kyunki Saan Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi faced when they replaced Smriti Irani who played Tulsi with Gautami Kapoor. So plans are being made to start a completely new track focusing completely on Saloni's daughter. She will be shown grown up and shown going through the same ordeal just like her mother because of her dusky colour!"

There is also buzz that Rajshree Thakur is pregnant and that is why she opted out midway of dance reality show Ek Se Badhkar Ek recently. - (SAMPURN)

if rajhshri is pregnant then i wish her all the best. saloni is a character who just cant be replaced

thanks but i read one artical for 28th oct when they say that The hunt for a new 'Saloni' is in full swing and we can only hope that she able to match the Nahar-Saloni chemistry on 'Saat Phere'.

i think maybe rajshri to replaced i don't know what they are decide to do but this is what they say.

If she is pregnant why not give her a break them she can come back. I have been watching NBC DaysOf Our life for many years right now Alison sweetney one of the lead atress is about 8 month pregnant. She is still on the show acting.

Indian are usually scared of a miscarriage so they opt to take a long leave when they are pregnant as for americans they have trainers and top doctors who have them as clients and their diet also allows them to work till the due date. They also take prenatal yoga and exercise most traditional women are put on bed rest when they are pregnant!! which is unhealthy but ia m not putting my people down hey we all want a healthy baby! ps hopefully by end of next yr i am hoping to have my first born!!

I don't believe the production house wants Rajshree to stay in the show - this is as a result of all the rumours of her diva behaviour. She has stayed around because the channel did not want to change her. If the production house and channel wanted her to stay in the show - they could have written in a second pregnancy but high-risk where she was bed-ridden and show other tracks around her. But I believe they are using the opportunity to get rid of her. The other issue is before the production house had only one hit - Saat Phere but now they have the current best show in India - Balika Valida. So it's no big deal with SP...

From the article - they believe it is simply a matter of one dark-skinned actress to continue the story. Saloni to Savri.... I guess they believe that viewers stuck around for the storyline.
