very well analyzed and put. truly impressed.👏now i know where to go if i want to ever hit the right notes😊👏........thank u 😊
wondering if it'd be also possible to confirm whether his forgetting of lines in songs reflected a similar modify-to-cover philosophy?😉 dont know why else he'd forget lines which would sort of flow with the music.😉😊
I have no theories on his lyrics forgetting...😉..seemed genuine to me 😊

i also think it's hazardous to exterpolate into the future and say that a kid's range will necessarily widen with riyaaz or anything, as shehzaadi91 here is stating. if that necessarily followed, then we'd have every kid who sang well today becoming rafi-like in a few years with riyaaz. dont know why but i dont think that's happening any time soon.😉😆 some of these singers are as good today as they'll ever be, cant count on more chickens than that😉😆
Actualy,i belive that a kid's range will necessarily widen with constant, sincere and proper riyaz..I personally believe this is something that will definitely happen.......However I agree that we cannot extrapolate on this point, simply bcoz most kids DO NOT do so much riyaz...infact,most of them do not do any riyaz......Once they leave the talent show, they forget abt music...so there goes their range and talent...hence even at 21/31/41 they still sing the same...in fact, they get worse...due to the lethal combination of age & no practice😉...howver,if they did learn proper classical and do proper riyaz...their range wld most certainly expand.......In today's fast paced world, such patience and dedication is hard to come by......hence the whole possibilty remains one big IF.......I too don't believe in such extrapolation.😊

PS:Ur comment was very funny and really made me laugh 😆😆😆
oh, i know yaar. i was just expressing what i think. ab achha gaye ya bura, mujh sey toh kafi achha gata hai tumhara amir but when compared to some other l'il champs around him, i feel he shd have been out a long time ago. some others also attempted hard songs and actually did full justice to them w/o any chalaki or cover ups. so, relative to them, i wld still say all the analysis looks like it's done to defend aamir adjusting the song down to his level😊
😆😆 btw, i am glad i made u laugh, girl😊

yes, the fast life can do that to someone.😊
ok, maybe the range might expand with more riyaaz though i'm not too sure of that, but even then something else usually gets lost. it's like this- i've seen kids who were brilliant at creative writing. later they start working on their math, only to start slipping on the writing part even though they keep working hard on writing. i just happen to think that if it was only about riyaaz making someone great, we'd have had more phenomenal singers. surely there are people who'd be motivated enuff to do the riyaaz if they thought greatness was in reach. not everyone's born lazy after all😊

I agree that some others attempted very tough ones, par kismat ne (or shld i say public ne)unka saath nahin diya..My personal fav on the show was Rohit..any opportunity i get,i talk abt his untimely elimination(there i go again 😉)........Amir and Anamika come next.......😃

mmmm...very good point....I agree that riyaaz alone maketh not a genius😉...there is certainly more to it ........Leaving out factors like luck etc which are reqd to make it big and leaving out riyaaz,i think it is the inherent talent and desire to excel in singing..the real passion which matter..above all, there is voice quality..something which is a god given gift ...Voice quality can be improved upon by practise, butto a gr8 extent ,it is a gift...(at least i bel so)
Other than this, songs require a feel/emotion with which they should be rendered..which everyone cannot do..A singer may be techincally gr8,but without the feel his song doesn't appeal.......so i think the right combination(riyaz, talent, feel, desire to excel & voice quality )is very hard to come by....eg)Lataji and Ashaji's songs don't appeal as much in Tamil as they do in Hindi and S.p.Blasubramaniam's songs don't appeal as much in Hindi as they do in Tamil......so the language creates a barier for rendering the proper emotion though the singers are technically gr8 😊
