Raja's mistakes??????? - Page 9

U r right Caveman..whoever thinks there are mistakes committed, please point out the mistakes so that we can have a healthy discussion about the same..

Besides, I have stopped giving any weightage to the Gurugraphs or the mentors' feedback/viewpoints now..they have gotten into the habit of not giving enough credit or encouragement to a flawless performance (many times Harpreet, Sumedha, Amanat) whereas for ordinary performance of easy nursery rhymes they overhype the singing of the contestant saying "sixer maar diya" etc. kind of phrases..

They are not even consistent in their opinions (for eg. the topic about versatility..their views keep changing on that from time to time)..I don't find their opinions genuine anymore And there is a lot of favoritism going on which is not fair..their feedback on the performance has to be unbiased and not be playing mind games with us viewers!

Even I think we must start topic every week where we discuss only the technical aspects of the songs sung by the contestants.. How about Labullet or Dhruvie taking up this charge of doing the first analysis? Im sure, we can have a very healthy discussions like we had here this week 😊

That's a brilliant initiative. First let them post the new thread and then we can discuss or put our views. Wow, i will be the first to vote "Yes" for this kinda move

I always thought, to analyse something beautiful is to destroy it. When something is beautiful, it simply is. Why, how, where...why bother about these things?

Relax, sit back, enjoy the Raja rendition once more and applaud.

Aapne mere mooh ki baat cheen li!! It is not a frog or rat to be dissected.

When a song endears to my heart,
it soothes my soul,
blows away my sorrows and difficulties for a moment,
relaxes my mind,
takes me to a dream world,
reminds me all the pleasant things in life,
brings sweet memories of the loved ones,
makes me cry yet at the same time happy,
makes me dance in gay abandon,
and finally makes me sing along.

I am left listening to that song again and again humming the tunes that linger in my mind forever.

we are not dissecting it .. to ruin it..
we are dissecting it ... so that ppl can get to know the finer details... which are often missed on casual listening ..
also ...this will .... be in the interest of good music

Thats a great idea Anu! Although I am not as qualified as lalbullet in music, I will be happy to join in and write as per my knowledge..and besides, I'm sure we have a lot of expert and professional musicians in this forum who can contribute their expert opinions too!

Absolutely right Lalbullet..

I think that this kind of thing shud actually be done by those music directors--who are experts in their field..pointing out where the contestants went wrong, or appreciating/acknowledging a good variation..etc. One wud think thats why they are sitting there each time, to give their valuable opinions for the contestants and the viewers to hear the same..😕

raja is my personal favourite..
but we can discuss abt every good song in the episode...
it will be fun...
like next week raja is singing maa tujhe salam,by a r rehman ... imm sure it will be gr88 hearing that...
also aneek is singing sandese aate hai and bulla ki jana main kaun...
so imm waiting for the weekend..
