yes shekhar is gujju he is from kucci, people from the town of kuch are called kucci's and that town is in the stateof gujarat, india. hpe it answered ur question.

Kutch is not a town, it is a province of Gujarat state. It is one of the several princely states that existed before 1947 - one of the many that Sardar Patel was able to fold into India with his "one nation" banner. Main city of Kutch is Bhuj, epicenter of the 2001 earthquake that killed thousands.

Back to subject - Shekhar Ravjiani is from Kutch, so yes he is Gujarati.
