In C 2005, though there was lots of drama.... The contest was focussed on purely singing and just to carry the feel of song

In EMET, the focus was diverted to chemistry and performance

And in Little champs, the focus is again on singing and carrying the feel of song.........

So if 2 on 3 say singing - lets say that the program aims at getting better singers than performers👍🏼 - Now decide your stand 😊

The judgement sharing pattern is applied and is successful in the great indian laughter challenge as well

I don't think such a complicated format would suit the audience's taste. And it is susceptible to confusion, controversy and abuse. If you want equal share - keep it 50-50, like the ranking system in Nach Baliye.

It has to be according to the competition....

For C 2005, I would say that the people are young and ready to go in professional world.... The current professional world requires you to be very good singer and average performer too.... Hence I would go for 70/30 Judges and public.... However this may discourage the people from voting.... so to get fair results I would go with 50/50 here

For EMET.... Chemistry and performance were the parameters and hence I would gor for 35/65 between judges and public to get what the purpose is

For Lil champs.... This are young kids and needs the feedback on how to improve their singing and has to be purely 100% singing comeptition as they shall not focus on anything else.... Hence I would go for 100% judgement by judges.......and we have seen that judges are not biased when it comes to results

Confusion - well the audience anyways sounds confused most of the times 😆

Controversy and Abuse - I think this atleast cuts down both of them, as we are giving importance to both the judges and audience view and one particular side cannot carry on any foul play...

But yes, to keep the maths simple - I will not mind going for a 50-50% weightage too!

😆 Good example to start with - I think we will have max confusion if we apply this rule between 2 contestants 😉 With more number of people - the chances to even out are better 😛

So in a game of say 3 people if its A, B, C as per the judges and B, C, A as per viewers - the final rank will be B, A, C.

To eliminate the confusion for ur example stated I think NB also went for just audience voting to decide the champion 😕

Jadooji if judges were biased, Gurpreet, Armaan and Diwakar would have been in the competition till date so I think judges are favouring the contestants when they perform but are unbiased when it comes to results

I will not agree to this point Jadoo - if we get different judges each week in the contest - the chances for inconsistent judgement only increases. We have seen it in C05, where one judge has praised a singer for adding his own touch to the song, another judge has shown a yellow card to a contestant because he did not sing and hence did not show respect to the original singer! Isn't that sending across a wrong message to the contestants and making them very confused!

The similar set of judges are atleast consistent. If Alka did not find a feel in the song sometime back, she still does not find it! So atleast the kids know what the judge is expecting from them and sing accordingly!

Its not the absolute vote count for the judges and audience - based on their individual absolute counts, here we are coming up the relative rankings and then weighing out the rankings on a percentage!

The assumption of course if that the judges are knowledgeable enough to grade the contestants in a manner and that holds an equal weightage to another grading obtained from viewers choice😃
