agree absolutely agree. Now you see fanatics everywhere in all zones.

See T. ( Im sure you have some basic training of music and it comes out)
being technically correct in alaap, taan no. 1, taan no. 2 in a particular song is something else & being able to touch your heart with the same is a diff. thing. A song must please your heart.
Swananda wasn't technically a great singer or may be we didn't see her getting tested on a semiclassical etc. but she always touched heart with songs like jane kya baat hai & others.
Rajeev also has this capability , if he trains himself, in words of ID ye ladka aag laga dega bazaar me.

its true. 😊 however, that performance by Vinit did not move me emotionally either - the joy and exuberance which is conveyed through the song was not there. i am personally not very rigid about technique as long as the song moves me in some way.

Now as you know ARR has used multitrack in Yaii re ( Rangeela) this song was being attempted by Anupama.
ARR had the rhythm programmed on his korg keyboards and other instrumentalists were also playing, sound was being mixed ofcourse.
Somehow Anupama missed a beat in begining and she sounded unusual in whole song, tracks at times can completely unsettle you.. šŸ˜‰
esp. in a song with programmed rhythm, extensive complications..
You an confirm this when they repeat on Sony.
