First let me clear the misconceptions(deliberate?) Himesh and Aadesh have regarding Neutral Zone. For each candidate Neutral Zone is the zones from which he does not belong to. So for Debojit the Neutral zones are North, South and West. Same for Vinit and Hem are South, East, West and North, East, West respectively.

Here is the vote tally in the Neutral Zone for each contestant.

Debojit : 5.5(North) + 1.17(South) + 9.88(West) = 16.55(Total)

Hem : 2.08(North) + 2.19(East) + 10.06(West) = 14.33(Total)

Vinit : 2.02(South) + 4.87(East) + 19.08(West) = 25.97(Total)

So the rankings are

Vinit

Debojit

Hem

So why were you complaining Aadesh??? Debo is in the final according to your logic too. Don't try to fool the audience...you will not be able to do that.

Here is another analysis. Most of the Vinit lovers(Bachcha party) are complaining about the huge no. of votes received by Debojit from NE. Here
is my analysis:

Debojit got 34.47 lakh votes out of total 41.53 lakh votes from East Zone i.e. 83% of the East Zone votes go to Debojit.

Vinit got 18.08 lakh votes out of total 25.66 lakh votes from North Zone i.e. 71% of the North Zone votes go to Vinit.

Hem got 17.09 lakh votes out of total 20.28 lakh votes from South Zone i.e. 84% of the South Zone votes go to Hem.

If you analyze the above statistics...you will find that voting pattern is very much the same...i.e. a huge percentage of votes from North/South/East are going towards their home contestant. The only difference is that Debojit is able to inspire his home crowd to vote more in numbers than the other two contestants thats why number of votes he receive from East Zone is more...but the percentage is more or less the same. Hem may not be able to do that because South Indians in general do not watch Hindi channels...but Vinit, in spite of being from Hindi belt, if fail to do so then he should admit that openly rather than performing a stupid walkout in protest. Vinit, if you fail to inspire your home crowd...don't dare to point your finger to Debojit who is a great inspiring factor to his home crowd.

To me it doesn't matter who votes from where .. the best (Hemu) has already left so it doesn't matter anymore ...

Vinit's Mom is not on the show anymore. Vinit's Mom refused to come and hear her son's nasal voice 😆 😆 Father told Vineet don't forget what you came here for... implying forget this pyar and HR hype concentrate on singing. Tabu did not like Vinit at all in the previous episode.
When AS asked Ghai who is first from West zone and he said Vinit and Hema, Shaan said immediately that for Debo and Hemu, the neutral zones are West and North and even there Debo is leading. AS ekdum chhup ho gaya and HR starts again about Catch 22. Yeh kaunsa catch hain jahan only Debo out ho sakta hain even if Hema or Vinit are playing Poor Debo. He is dealing with a lot of Mentor bias.
AS & HR call Mumbai the Universal zone ;)...which is so untrue. I am from Mumbai and I know Mumbai has people from all around India and believe me when it comes to voting ...Gujarati people vote for Gujjus, Bengali people vote for Begali participants, North Indians vote for North Indian candidates, South Indian vote for South Indians....that is the human mentality not Assam mentality ;) Thats the reason from South, Hema got most votes, from North Vineet got most votes and from East Debo got most votes. In Mumbai there are more North Indians than Bengalis. So if you want real talent to be voted then get neutral judges. This should have been done to start off with as they have already lost real talent "Nihira" who was always consistent. It is unfair to her not Hema, Vinit or Debo. I have music knowledge and believe me Vinit is pathetic and he is getting worse under HR's guidance. HR has songs that are popular but can he be voted as the best singer for Jhalak Dikhlaja or Aashiq Banaya??? NEVER. HR's voice is very nasal and so is Vinit's. Debojit's voice is like Kumar Sanu's voice. Very sweet. Hema's voice is like SBS or Hariharan. Out of the three, Hema's voice was the best and then Debo's but out of all candidates on SRGMP, Nihira's voice was the best. Out of Vinit and Debo...Debo is much better than Vinit.

looks like the gripe against debo is that he is winning fair n square. But no logic in the arguments. Consider:

hemu supporters- hemu is the best because he got so many votes despite the fact that folks in the south do not watch hindi pgms=> so he is 1st because of "percentage" support (votes polled/ small vote base)

vinit supporters- vinit is the best because he polled substantial votes from three regions. But these three regions all have sizeable hindi speaking types. So his percentages are low if u consider votes polled/ hindi vote base.

seems like hemu n vinit supporters have something to sort out between them because their view points r diametrically opposed to each other. both cant be right.

only thing they seem to have in common (at least AS n HR) is to somehow change the rules in a way their contestant comes out ahead. but using their own opposing logic, one had to be out.

as for folks who think that somehow they have the truth on who is best or even that some "magical" judges will appear who'll give the ten-commandments, they shld really VOTE 4 MUSHARAFF. HE KNOWS BEST 😉

in case u missed the essence of my argument, it is:

hemu- look at percentages from his home-zone;

vinit- look at absolute numbers from the three regions;

implication:

debo- comes out 2nd based on ASs argument, comes out 2nd if u use Hr's argument; comes out 1st if u play by the rules;

ASs reasoning for percentage votes- hemu, debo, vinit;

Hrs reasoning for removing home-zone votes- vinit, debo, vinit

Rules as established at start- debo, vinit, hemu.

who is right? or shld we have Musharaff "judge" because he surely thinks he knows best? 😉

Hi Thanks for those figures, simply I cannot understand the logic for the West zone being called as neutral zone ….that logic is totally flaw, Please tell HR & AS that West is just MP, MH, GOA & Gujarat. you will find 60-65% people in these states either migrated or serving from UP/Bihar so they are obviously biased towards Vinit, I am not at all against Vinit or Hema but it's the pattern of the contest , had it not been the public voting, believe me it wud have been a totally different picture by now...

if they were going to do tha than they should have only countef the west zone since it is nuetral and then regionalism won't involve
