Let me first say very good analysis by Sinhaji as usual...

Uselogic I think is one of the few guys according to me who lives in reality, or else uses logic ;)


I agree with both uselogic and Sinhaji about Nihira, she is bound to be successful, just like shreya ghosal and I also want to say that there is a good chance that Himani will as well....You have to think about the amount of songs Sunidhi Chauhan sings....people are bound to turn to Himani for the same, cos I think she matches Sunidhi's skills and I dont think she is any bad classically..

SO winners....are
1)Nihira and Himani

As far as the guys are concerned no one is going to be a hit...

Reason being a lot of quality singers are around..

You have got Shaan, KK, shankar, Kunal, Udit...
and of course the one and only Sonu...

Debojit will be a hit in Bengali but I dont think he will get more than 10 songs in Hindi (MD other than Ismail)

I think the only guy who can succeed in this "GHOR KALYUG" is Vineet.. :(

Wheras Hemu If he is lucky will get a few songs, because of his Carnatic track..(only Shankar Mahadevan has that in the current range of singers).

This is life where Aashiq banaya Apne is a bigger hit than 1942 a love story...where Shahrukh is a better actor than Amir..where loud music is better than good music..

This is the same world which accepted Shabbir Kumar(worst singer ever after HR) and did not accept Suresh Wadkar.

But for true music fans like us we have the previlege of listening to SD, RD, Salil, Khayyam, JL, KA and LP.

:) thanks for u r kind words 😊... i loved reality , but i always hope that something wil happen which will break it and things will behave like an ideal condition , but unfortunately that never happens..........

1. Today all the subject on which bollywood are movies are made are totally different. There is no scope of intense music untill and unless you are making a period film.....

so folks, things are going to be tough for every body and every body had to have a good PR Skills..dont laugh at me, but this will be really important as there will be so many good options available that other things will come into picture...

1. NIHIRA
2. VINIT
3. HEMA
4. HIMANI and DEBOJIT
5. SHARIB and UJJAINI.
6. PARESH and TWINKLE

note, VINIT has already sung in few movies and u never knwo about HR. His stars are in his favour. and if one of them turn out to be song like "aashiq banaya" aur " bheege hot tere", you cant stop him...others are yet to receive any offers.the predictions are only for 2-3 years.. after that it will be time for next sa re ga ma contestants...jsut imagine after 4 years there will be so many contenders...beleive me , mark me, after few years it will not be only just music which will make u successful.

Well said and u r so right in saying that bollywood is not looking for classically rich singers ... with all due respect to classical singers Bollywood is more mainstream ... look at examples like Udit Narayan, he has the voice of common Indian and that has made him a household voice.
