Debu's mistake ?

What is Debu's mistake ? He is from Assam, is that a mistake ??
Maybe he should have been from Maharashtra or UP in order to become the "voice of india".
Why do I say this ? It is not me, as far as I know Assam is a part of India and it is not just Assam, Debu is geting votes from enitre North East.

Disgusting to see HR and AS support the woman in the "Infamous walkout episode" who mentioned that "Assam is not the voice of India".

So what is the voice of India then ? Maybe from next time they should allow only people from a few states in India to participate. And yes get more NRIs from UK and all over the world to participate and support them as NRIs are apart of India but someone from back home from a state like Assam is not !!

Debojit is not my favourite but I sincerely hope that he becomes a big singer one day and trust me that day these very people (ignorant fools as I call them) will appreciate him and guys like HR and AS would go out of their way to get him to sing for their movies.

His only mistake is that he is too nice. 😭

Yes, you are right. We have always neglected the NE, and Debu is a victim. At least it shows people of NE has the unity unlike us, they put their heart and soul for their favourite contender.

As far as my music knowledge goes no one is that great(Himani was not pleasant to hear in her last performance"Morni bagama" and "Aye Zindagi galey laga le"). With music they make up, asli pehchan tab hoti hain jab instruments ke bagair gana parta hain.

The best was Nihira, since she is out it does'nt matter who becomes the winner. My support is with the ones who are treated unjustly and dishonourably..

Its not Debu's fault. But all the votes he is getting are from NE..which is a regional bias. He for sure is not liked much among all other states. Why is that all other candidates getting votes from other states too? It only means that votes are pouring from NE which are not honest.

Like someone said in another thread, some people don't understand that if debu gets 2/40 votes from UP...then it is 5% from UP for debu..and when other contestants get 2/20 votes from UP..then it is 10% from UP for the other contestant....I wish they announced the number of votes from each state rather than the percent....

so, they make some crappy comments that like that lady on the show or like say that his supporters are only NE people. No point in trying to tell people who don't want to understand....

Meanwhile, NE people and other Debu supporters keep voting for Debu........

you know, come to think of it, you are absolutely correct! But if you think about it, technically the only state who can claim to sing Hindi Music is really, Madhya Pradesh, since in UP the predominant language is Urdu. Even the Hindi spoken there is mixed with Urdu. Let's see. Delhi? No, there's a mix of Urdu and Punjabi there, so you can't have the people from Delhi competing in a "Hindi Music" competition either. Bihar? No, they speak Bihari. Maharashtra? No, they speak Marathi. Haryana? No, they speak Haryanvi. Punjab? No, Punjabi....

So since your favorites (Vinit and Himani) are not from Madhya Pradesh, then even they should just stick to singing Urdu nazhmein, and Punjabi/Haryanvi geet, and let the real Hindi speaking people (Madhya Pradesh folks) stick to Hindi singing.

yess NE is unanimously voting for debu but the other parts of india, if not as much as NE but are still voting for him. he ahs no tfaced any descrimination in terms of public voting. it is just some ignorant people who cant figure out that NE is made up of more htan just assam and also that he got more number of votes from mumbai than vinit did.
