Relax everyone. This is just a show. And I think such results are expected when you have an audience vote. The main purpose of such shows is to showcase talent. Nihira's voice has been heard and people have loved it. Her being out of this competition is not such a great loss. Once she goes home she will be flooded with offers and pretty soon we will hear her songs on TV and tape. So why fret? She got what she wanted - she got the recognition.

There are no loser here - they have all made it this far - says that they are all winners. What better way to start your career?

i am utterly shocked by this result. To hell with gajendra and SRGMP . is this what we get for being loyal and faithful viewers for the past 10 years. Has money , fame and popularity become more important to Gajendra than quality of music.

I would say this was the worst series of SRGMP. All we have heard and seen in this series is dancing, fights between mentors, gossip , love affairs and in between all this some singing.

There has been no Classical singing throught the series at all. Thanks to singers like Sharib and Nihira we were atleast treated to some soulful classical singing.

Previously SRGMP had such wonderful rounds, classical singing, folk songs, singing without music, Raag based Singing, Judges choice and much more but this series only had songs from new movies, and hip shaking numbers.
SHAME ON YOU GAJENDRA. 🤢 ... Now to think of it I feel Nihira is better off qwithout these shameless people., She is so pure she doesnt belong among such evil people like HR who would not think twice before trampling the career and future of young, and honest and hard working kids just to satisfy his own pride and ego.

LETS NOT take this insult lying down friends , we have to give GAJI a peice of our mind. 😡 😡 So what if we are in US or UK we too have contributed towards the success of their show , so lets not let them take us for granted.Lets collectively stop watching this show and send them some protest mail.... 😡

Please don't be so hard on GAJI. No matter who wins this show...they have all got what they were there for - RECOGNITION. If it wasn't for GAJI and Saregamapa - would any of us even heard of Nihira? I am thinking not soo soon. So please give him his due respect. Hats off to anybody who gives these struggling singers a chance at fame. Its relevant who wins it in the end.

This show lost its purpose the day public voting started. Certainly for the first time in SAREGAMAPA has lost its standard and sad to note that it gave stage to people like HR. Any great music director should show maturity, humbleness and urge to support the talent. What is there in HR ? Just street level talk (love, Topi..) on a national music championship show. People like ID falling before VINIT is saddening. I have never seen in the entire SAREGAMAPA any artist who is as popular as ID falling for any one without grace. The greatest artist always praises the talent in grace but not like ID, HR to some extent AS.

Whatever happened is a lesson for the entire public who spent their personal time to encourage new artist but ended up like this. Certainly challenge 2006 will be big flop.

Frankly if they ever have Challenge 2006 - I don't think it will be a flop. At least for me it was a pleasure listening to all these singers and it would be very sad if we turn a deaf ear to them.

I m not watching that show again.And thinking of Nihira going out makes me feel like 😡
